I ordered something, and cant track it
When i go to track it, i get nothing, it says, " the phone number doesnt match the order number, blah blah blah". Yet, that can not be the case because they texted me the code, and emailed it. How can i get this fixed, I want to track it.

Not being able to track an order would be quite worrisome, and I'm glad you've reached out to us so that we may look further into this! With the email address you registered with the forum, I see that your order is due to arrive on 1/21/15 via USPS.
If you placed this order while logged into BestBuy.com, you should be able to track it via your purchase history once logged in. Furthermore, the phone number used to check an order's status should be the billing phone number. I apologize for any trouble you may have had with checking on your order.

You're welcome.
Voicemail is left at your carrier's server. That will continue to work unless you report your iPhone as lost or stolen with your carrier.
You may never find it again and you can't if the iPhone remains offline or out of service which means the iPhone is powered off or doesn't have cellular reception. -
Order number and cant reinstall photshop

Ive tried almost EVERYTHING and i still cant track my iPod that was recently stolen. Ive called apple been all over the website and still no way of tracking it. What are some other ways!?
Only the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

I just cant click! When I go to a site to order something I pick the size/style/whatever and it keeps either saying please enter size/style/whatever when it is there! ALSO sometimes I hit an enter button and nothing happens. It does not even let me right click to open a new page or anything! VERY frustrated

when i got my i phone they had me answer questions for security and now i went to itunes to buy something and they asked me totally different questions...so now i cant buy things from itunes..can i reset or change the questions
Welcome to the Apple community.
You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices) -
I received an email receipt form Verizon! but cant track my order?
i had pre ordered an white 64gb i phone 5 at around 7:15 on sept 14 EST i ordered it via phone and the guy said you will receive a conformation e-mail and it will be delivered on the 21st well we did receive the e-mail on the 19th after calling them to send the conformation and when we received the e-mail i didn't think much of it until today when i wanted to check on my order to confirm everything and when i entered all of my information it asked me for from the e-mail it said SPOC is verifying your order or something along those lines and i got worried and cant seem to find another place for help at this point but please tell me if i should just wait it out and see if it comes today or call Verizon immediately to see whats going on?????? PLEASE HELP! ASAP!

I have a Power Book OS 10.4.11 and cant access my radio library. I believe I deleted something I should not have. How do I reload Itunes and will I loose my music I loaded? I do not have the original software. I was trying to free up some memory and removed the wrong thing.
If you mean the listing of internet streams that seems to have disappeared for many users of older iTunes versions over week ago. Probably some update at Apple broke older versions. No idea if it will ever come back but you can open stream URLs you find on the web and save them in playlists.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.

Help with what? As you've discovered, a phone cannot be tracked if it's offline.
Put it into Lost Mode and hope for the best. -
Need order status and tracking number please
Long story short, I need an accurate order status and an actual UPS tracking number for my order please.
Lenovo phone support has been unavailable since yesterday, and I've spent over 12 hours on hold on the webchat so far.
I ordered a Yoga 2 Pro on Feb 5th. On Feb 11th I received a shipping notice that my order had shipped on Feb 10th. The tracking number provided is a 10-digit UPS reference number that I cannot find on the website (even when searching by reference number).
On Feb 12th, the online order status page changed to indicate that my order was delivered on Feb 11th. This is not the case, as I have yet to receive my order.
Can someone from Lenovo staff please help?
