So I accidentally bought some stuff, and itunes never told me that my debit card didn't have more money, so I just kept buying, and now I owe like $20. I got two itunes gift card of $15 to pay it, but I just don't know how to do it. I've read in some other discussions that i can pay my debt with them, but itunes doesnt give me the option to do it.
If anybody knows where I can click to pay the debt with those gift cards please tell me. Thank you so much.

How are you trying to redeem the gift card? On the right side of the main store window the first box is "quick links." In that box is a link that says "redeem", click on that & no credit card needed.

For apps, sorry but no. Canadian users cannot, for reasons not well explained, cannot purchase software from the iTunes Store via prepaid cards. You'll need to enter in a credit card, at least temporarily, to pay off the balance.

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

Generaly, if you have an iTunes card and a valid credit card, you have the option of charging your purchases to eiher one or the other? By default, it goes to your iTunes card, but you can override that.
