I own 2 ipods an ipod nano series 4 and ipod series 6 I want to store different tunmes on each ipod, but when I try to sync the series 4 with I tunes I get a message that says there is not enough space on my device. How do I achieve what I want?

It would be useful to you if they had a different name, but the computer knows they are different. Create separate sync playlists for each device and go to the Music tab when it is connected and specify which playlist should be used for the sync.

First repair permissions and restart your computer. Reinstall the latest version of flash player. Again repair permissions and restart your computer.

You have to put iPhone into Recovery Mode and Restore. Open iTunes on your computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes.

Ever since yesterday, my Ipod apps won't open properly. I googled it, and couldn't find anything accurate. So i deleted all of the apps, and re-downloaded them. Now they're doing it again. When i tap on it, it looks like it wants to open, but then it goes back to the main menu. I googled it again, and got an answer saying to go to Itunes, uncheck the "sync apps" box, and sync. Then after that, recheck the box, and sync again. Many people said this worked, but it didn't for me. Also whenI go to sync my apps, they don't show up in Itunes. How do I get them to show up in Itunes?
I had the same issue. After searching around online I found out that you can try downloading another app (it can be any app) onto your ipod. After it finishes downloading see if your other apps open. You don't even have to keep the new app. Just see if your other ones work and you can delete the new one. That should work. If not, try to hard reset it. I have all my music on my ipad and icloud. I don't have itunes installed on a PC or MAC. I recently purchased Music Match, but all my non itunes music is on my ipad. When i turn on music match in the settings screen on my ipad i get a message that says all my music will be erased. How do I get music match to match what is there rather than erase it?

No, your Yahoo account is not in iCloud (which only handles iCloud mail), it is in Yahoo, and the Yahoo mail account is on your iPad.

Get the correct settings for your account from Yahoo and set it up manually.
By the way, I also find the "password" issue problematical. It seems Apple want my Apple password rather than my eMail password. All very confusing.

im trying to download itunes 10.5 but keep getting error message that says: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that. -

Hello. I am running the newest version of itunes on my PC. everytime I try to copy a cd to itunes it gives me an error message that says I do not have write access for my itunes media folder or a folder within it. I cannot get this resolved using the solution given on the error message. I have been using itunes for 4 years and have never encountered this problem until yesterday. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Quit iTunes.
Go to My Music folder.
Select the iTunes folder, right click > Properties.
Click the Security tab and make sure you have full Read/Write privileges. -

Can't seem to sync my phone with iCal because I get a message that says:No writable calendar. I tried the suggestions I found in Help including a Terminal command to no avail.
I can only suggest you now need to somehow link your mobile to sync with the new calendar 'On my Mac'.
I have a work Blackberry whose calendar I sync with an iCal calendar 'On my Mac' using a usb lead and the Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac.
