I pad 2 iOS update

Hi I have I pad 2 and need to update some apps but they tell me I need iOS 5 or more how do I achieve this? I have followed instructions given on here but when I go into settings-general I don't have the option of soft ware update??? Can anybody help?

4.3.5 is the current version, so that is the version that iTunes will download, not 4.3.3

Apple Configurator Could not refresh the ios update catalog

I tried to open up apple configurator today and it's giving me an arror saying "Could not refresh the iOS update catalog. The store's response could not be parsed." I have no idea how to even start troubleshooting this. any tips?

This is an annoying problem. I have phones and pads that I have to release for the Corporate world. I thought macs/apple were supposed to be perfect .
Any Fixes or responses to this as a potential iTunes problem.
Is this an iTunes to server conn problem or would this be a problem with the software to iTunes programming?

After iOS update, my iTunes no longer sync 'ERROR MESSAGE'

After the new iOS update on my phone, my iTunes on my MAC will not sync. The error message I receive says I need to update iTunes, but it's already updated to the last version and there are no updates available when I go thru the iTunes menu. HELP!

Apple fans. Don't fret. I struggled with this since Saturday when I got my new phone. im pretty tech savvy with a background in computers and I'm a mechanic by trade so i generally know how things work and figure out anything. After trying everything you all have probaby tried as well I did some comparisons to my wife's phone. I paid all three of our cars to her phone easily. One is a Honda hand free link, the other a Hyundai sonata system and the last a pioneer aftermarket Bluetooth with streaming,avrcp etc. after her iPhone 6 128gb connected and worked flawlessly, I narrowed the problem down to my phone specifically. It's not the phone, it's not the ios8, it's not your car. It's your settings. All I did was reset network settings and bam. Problem fixed. You see I messeed with a bunch of stuff in the beginning trying to avoI'd data overage and must have turned something off by mistake. Another theroy I have is my iPhone 5 setting were copied over in the process of migration and they were maybe incompatible with the iPhone 6 itself. Either way post back and let me know if this helps

My iPod Touch is no longer charging since iOS update

Hi, so I have three iPod chargers, and as far as I know, they should both work perfectly fine. One is super old, I've had it since my first second generation iPod Nano, and one is practically brand new, I've had it for a few months. The new one and the middle one are both store bought chargers, non apple brand, and whenever I try to charge my iPod with these chargers, the same error message comes up, saying that charging is not supported with this accessory. All I can think is, they worked perfectly fine until the latest iOS update. Now, neither are charging my iPod, and I have to use my old iPod charger from my old Nano. This would all be fine if (a) that charger wasn't falling apart with electrical tape holding it together and (b) it wasn't shared with my mother. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this problem with store bought chargers. No way do both of these chargers just decide to stop working around the same time. I'm just wanting to know because I don't want to find out Apple created a new thingy in their update that stops non-apple accessories from working. (They already did that so that my car charger never worked with my new iPod).
Oh, and in case it matters, my iPod is the iPod Touch 4 (bought just a couple months before the iPod Touch 5 came out, so I think it's a 4s).

Does it charge on a computer? Does it appear in iTunes?

HT4972 My phone is not responding since I downloaded the IOS update 7, I am locked out of using my iPhone, I enter my 4 digit number and a screen appears saying Joining "Sherry's Wi-Fi Network" but nothing else is happening and I can't use me phone.

An update from Apple appeared on my iPhone so I downloaded it, it was an IOS update. The screen said to swipe to open, then enter a 4 digit number, which I did then it went to a screen asking for my network info which I entered (except I guessed at the security as being "WPA2", I have not idea, I entered my password and now the only screen that will appear is one stating it is Joining my stated Network??? but nothing is happening and I can't use any of my iPhone features at all?
