Never mind speaking another language, writing in it is awsome.  Mind you even I am making an assumption that English is not your first language which may not be the case.
To your question, it would depend on why you think you may be entitled to a refund, if the app is totally falsely advertised you may have a chance.  If it is just that you don't actually like it you may have less chance.  Give it a go.

  • Itunes is charging me for a app that i never bought. how do i get my money back?

    I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I then logged onto my iTunes account and went to my recent purchases and it told me i had bought a game a month ago for 45.00. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. Another thing that happened was, before my account told me i didnt have enough money in my account, it told me i put in the wrong password. Itunes made me change my password so i think my account was hacked and the person bought the game. How would i get my money back?

  • Accidentally purchased music from iTunes Store. Can I get my money back?

    Thinking I was buying a song by the All-American Rejects on the Top 100 list on iTunes, I ended up pressing the "Buy Song" buttong below it. So instead of getting the song I wanted, I instead purchased "You Found Me" by the Fray. A song I hate. I tried to cancel the downloading to see if that would work, but all it did was pause my purchase.
    Is there any way I can not buy that song and get my money back?

    There's no way to cancel an item once it's been queued. Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page and explain the problem to them. Perhaps there's something they can do for you.
    For the future, I'd suggest that you set the preference to Buy Using Shopping Cart (in the Store preferences in iTunes). That will help eliminate such inadvertent purchases.

    Calendar Me doesn't work.  The calendar extended beyond the edge of the screen, no way to see the weekend dates which are when I'm the busiest, no way to adjust it.  Complete fail.  How do I get my money back?
    Note that not getting my money back is not an option.  No app support suggestions please.

    My 6 yr old made some purchases without my knowledge how did she do that and I want to know how to get my money back.

    She did it by using a standard feature of the phone (detailed in the User Guide), that you didn't turn off (again detailed in the User Guide), before giving it to a child who doesn't yet have the skills to read and understand that same User Guide, you - as the phones owner - should have read.

  • TS1702 I am having a major problem with a Z2 app. I have written to the three times and received no response. Is there somewhere to report this and at least get my money back?

    When Z2 did their first 5. Update, a message popped up saying you had to do the update. After doing so, another pop-up said to remove and reload the game. In doing so, all my progress/ purchases disappeared. I only updated on my iPad, not my iPhone, so the iPhone app is till on the "you have to install the update to play" status. I've written to Z2 three times with no response. I would at least expect a refund of the $ I have spent on the game.

    You bought an app but it did not work properly on your device. You can easily report problems with your iTunes Store purchases via the iTunes Store. Here is how:
    Launch iTunes > Choose Store > Sign in.
    Store > View My Account > Purchase History then Click the Report a Problem button.
    Fill out the form explaining the problem you are having.
    Submit the problem report and wait for a response from Apple, they usually respond within 24 hours.

    When Apple emails your invoice, there will be a link on the invoice. You may also click the “Report Problem” link next to the app that you are having issues with to report your problems.

  • I got a refund from iTunes, but I didn't get my money back...

    Hi, I bought the Geometry app which costs $9.99... It was not that great, and it crashes all the time, so I got it refunded, when I got it refunded I got this e-mail:

    When I checked my iTunes, my credit was still $0.01... I tried logging out, and logging in again, and logging out again, and logging back in again, but I still didn't get the 10 bucks back... please help!

    If you paid by credit card then I suggest you check your credit card's statement. Apple would have issued the refund directly on your credit card. I don't think that you would see anything on your iTunes account.

    Sorry, but audiobooks cannot be downloaded more than once without charge, so if you don't have a viable backup, you may be out of luck. You can, however, contact the iTunes Store, explain the situation, and see if they can make an exception for you.

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
    If its not in your purchase history, you should report it to your credit card company instead.

    I'm not really sure what you did, however you can only purchase apps from the App Store not from individual websites. I've taken a look at the website myself and it does direct you to the App Store, is this what happened for you.
