I paid for a app and now i can not redown load it

Hi i paid for 2 apps last year wsc snooker and ronnie osullivian snooker and becasue i had to update my phone i had to delete them for memory and now they are no longer in the app store and i cant get them. Is there anyway i can het them again or my money back
