I paid for Adobe Export PDF Annual, and now it's not in my account, where did it go?
Server timed out at the point of accepting terms and conditions and went to a blank screen, when I pressd back it said terms & conditions could not be accepted at this time so I re-signed in, took me to the main page where it says "convert PDF to word file"and when I click there, it takes me to packages that I need to sign up and pay for again... I got a receipt for my payment but my account thinks I haven't paid. What happened?
I looked into my iTunes playlist, I looked into the 'recent purchased' section, and it's nowhere to be found. My last option was to start searching the music, podcast, and other tabs to see if it went anywhere else. But of course, it wouldn't show up there. I checked my bank account and my itunes purchase is showing up at the top of the charged list, so that let's me know that the download and charge kicked through. I tell you, I even went back to iTunes to the movie page, and the rental button doesn't show up. It just says 'preview'.
Please help me out. I searched everywhere possible, and I can't find where the movie went to(??) How do we get to the root of the problem? I'm not asking for a refund, since I know the new terms explain it very well that it just won't happen. All I want is to see the movie that I PAID for and it's NOT there.

I just bought Adobe Export PDF because I wanted to convert documents received in Adobe to a Work document. Why do the documents that I receive in an email now not show up in readable form? Why does it just show some kind of code instead of the document?
These documents are opening in a window, correct? Along the top of it, assuming you are on Windows, there should be a bar with a title in it, just like most apps.
It sounds to me as if you are being send PDF files, not Word documents. Why are you sure they are Word documents. IGNORE THE WORD ICON, that would be part of the problem. -

I created 3 folders to hold my important links yesterday; and now they seem to have disappeared. WHY? I invested 2 hours doing this. This is not the first time this happen to me. Can I some how restore this data. Please help. These folders are very important to me.
I am using apple mail. I know they usually go to the inbox, there is the problem. Incoming email is not going into my inbox. I see it downloading yet it is not in any folder, inbox, trash, junk, etc. I use gmail and my local cable service email, and both used to download just fine but in two batches. Now I saw hundreds download yet I can not find where they went. Does this describe my situation better?

I installed Adobe dlm add-on and now Firefox will not open. I see the process starting in Task Manager but no window opens. Unistalled Firefox then re-installed but still no luck. HELP ME! I do not want to use IE! I presume it has something to do with Adobe DLM as ever since then it is not working.I had this problem for a couple weeks as well and it was extremely frustrating considering we use firefox for all our company tasks. Here is the solution:
First of all if you have no bookmarks you want to save, then go directly to step 7. If you want to save your bookmarks first, then follow these steps.
1. Shut down the computer
2. Reboot and open firefox
3. Go to Task Manager, right click firefox.exe, and click END PROCESS TREE
4. WAIT 30 SECONDS! Then Double-click the shortcut to try and open firefox again
5.Repeat steps 3 and 4 until firefox finally opens (trust me, eventually it will)
6. Once it finally opens, backup your bookmarks,
7. Download a copy of firefox from there website
8. Uninstall from programs menu and make sure to check the box REMOVE ALL COMPONENTS
9. install the new copy and BOOM! it works
If it doesn't work, you're an idiot. If you don't want to reinstall firefox, then you're out of luck. Good Luck! -

you may need to wait a few days (though i'm not sure of that). it typically takes a few days for payments to be processed and this is a (4-day) holiday in the u.s. which may (or may not) further delay processing.

It can a little while for an order to process fully. If it's been a while since you renewed your subscription, then make sure that you're signed in to the ExportPDF service. What happens when you log in directly to cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?
