I paid for I cloud and want a refund

I paid $100.00 for more storage hoping to be able to download movies and tv shows and when I try to do it the computer says there is not enough space?  Who would I contact for a refund?

As far as I know, Photostream only works with pictures. And, since these are user to user forums, you'd need to contact the same place (their customer service or support) where you paid (did you pay through the iTunes store? Then contact iTunes support). You should read about iCloud and its capabilities before making decisions:

    You can report a problem with the app and request a refund using the email form here > Apple - Support - iTunes Store - Contact Us
    But just so you are aware, Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" > 
    iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    No guarantees of a refund but since the app developer was aware of a problem, Apple just might bend a rule for you.

    I paid for a rental and couldn't find the download. When I did locate the file and tried to open it, a message appeared telling me to trash it because the file was damaged. Can't believe this. It's getting late, wanted to relax with a movie and have spent the last 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot.

    I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
    Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

    Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

    here is a cheaper solution than camera kit and a lot easier if you have WIFI available.
    I use the PhotoSync APP (I think its a $1.99) will transfer videos and photos over WIFI to any other IOS device or even PC/MAC. Great app since I like doing video and photos on my IPHONE and transfer to IPAD2 without synching through computer or doing cloud based storage.
    You can even send photos/videos from your MAC/PC to your IOS devices that way too. Makes it so much easier.
