I paid for I Match, while downloading an error message shows: error 9810 ?????

What can i do? I purchased the I Match and while step 1 of checking library, an error message shows "Unknown Error 9810, please ty again". I have done this several tries and still thesame problem. What do I need to do?

This error has been reported here before, and seems to be to do with the network/internet. I'd recommend doing a search, or checking out some of the threads listed to the right of this screen.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Enabling iTunes Match does not delete music from your computer. Why do you think it is now not in the iTunes library if it was before? If all of your music was in the iTunes library then it is also now in the cloud if iTunes has completed it's scan and all the music meets the match requirements. Enable the iCloud Status column in the iTunes browser by switching to Song view and pulling down View > View Options. Select iCloud Status then close the small window. Sort on the new column. Your music should be listed as "purchased," "matched" and "uploaded." Some tracks may be "ineligible." Post back and let us know.

They should be in the Videos app :
If they aren't in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

HELP! why doesnt MuVo tx play (a paid for) WMA song I download from naps

gave MuVo tx to eldest for christmas. He has joined napster and paid for two singles and downloaded them in WMA format to the hard dri've.
I can play these on the desktop machine using windows media player ok.
I copy these tracks to the muvo, and it wont play them. you can scroll to it but if you try and play it just moves straight onto the next track.
I have copied an ordinary wma from a ripped cd and that works okay so I think it must be software protection
however the muvo says it plays DRM protected songs.
whats going on how can i get my lad up and running.

No we downloaded the songs using napster lite (that my son has downloaded)
there didnt appear to be an easy option to use creative media source to download them.
Do i have to go back to Napster and find out what they are doing?
I downloaded IMToos 'WMA to mp3 convertor' but this then asks for the user name and password (presumably of the song) and cant process the file as I dont have these, and its not clear from napster lite how i might get them.

redownload it,, either by syncing with iTunes or directly from your phone using the app store.

You'll have to check your security software settings, iTunes has to be able to connect to Apple servers during the download process.

HT1725 I purchased a album of various artist, however some of the songs did not download, an error message saying something about not having proper information to download??? any thoughts on how I get the songs I paid for but did not download?

After purchasing a album of TV Theme songs, during the download some of the themes would not load, an error message came up saying to the effect I did not have the correct info to download. Does anyone know about this issue & any thoughts on how I aquire the themes I paid for? The themes that did not load still show up in the music list but are greyed out & have an "!" exclamation mark beside the number of the item in the list.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

What am I doing wrong, I have the email saying that I have paid for it, but when I go to my Iphone to switch it on,it keeps saying You are not currently subrscribed to itunes match use itunes on your computer to subscribe?

You must be logged into the mobile iTunes Store using the same Apple ID with which you purchased the iTunes Match service in iTunes.

Paid for OS Lion, but download was unsuccessful

I paid for and waited patiently for 2 hours for OS Lion to download. However, I eventually got nothing more than an error message telling me that the application download was unsuccessful and needed to be repeated. For the life of me, I can't find a way to re-attempt the download. The Mac App Store is convinced that the download was successful (why, have no idea), now has the product listed as "installed" (which means I can't re-download it) and I even have a auto-generated receipt to say that yes, I will be charged.
Anyone got an easy answer (and yes, I followed the download instructions exactly as instructed).

I paid for a subscription to iTunes match (confirmed by e-mail receipt), yet when I select "Turn on iTunes Match" in the drop-down menu under "Store" in iTunes, it only gives me the option to subscribe again. How do I get it to allow me to add my computer?

MPEG-2 component paid for but didn't download !

Hi ... anyone any advice here please ... I'm having problems with Audio in quicktime ... get nothing in after effects or, indeed apple movie trailers ... anyway I'll try anything to solve this and during my trawling through all the info I realised I may have an old mpeg2 component so I tried to upgrade mine but it's not possible 'cause I have DVD Studio pro 1.5 and it has to be vers 2.0 ... so I thought I'd shell out the £15 ... went through the UK apple store paid and got to the 'download' button clicked it and the button disappeared and the download didn't happen ... I'll of course get on the phone when they open but I've tried that before and spent most of 2 days trying to get it sorted out .... I'm really down on apple at the moment ... it seems to be money out to them for every little thing and nothing much back ... jeez I'm getting to be a real moaner these days ... Roger

You didn't have to purchase the component a second time. All that was needed is the DVD Studio Pro serial.
The MPEG-2 Playback Component has been updated to run on the newer Intel Mac's and a new version was written for Tiger and QuickTime 7. It's one of the few software purchases that Apple doesn't charge for these updates.

Thank you for the question. If at any time a purchase is missing or deleted, you can always download it again at any time free of charge by accessing your purchase via the iTunes Store. Below, I have an article that goes over how to do this.

Paid for the iOS program renewal, but it still shows it as expired

I paid for a renewal almost a month ago, and I see the bill from Apple in my bank account, but my account is still expired and it asks me to renew it.
I tried to contact support via e-mail three times already with no success, what can I do?

There is no way to add more storage to an iPad. It sounds as if you may have gotten more iCloud space. iCloud is used for backups. More iCloud space has no effect on local storage.
In order to free up space on your iPad, go to Settings>General>Usage. You'll be able to see what's taking up all the space. Delete anything you don't need. You'll need about 3.2 gigs of free space to update to iOS 7. Or, you can update using iTunes on your computer, in which case, you won't need all that extra space for downloading and unpacking as it will all be done on the computer.
