I paid for limbo and it won't run. Can I get a refund?

Didn't realize limbo won't run on my 2008 macbook.
It's still a speedy machine, I don't understand why it's not supported.
Anyway, I've spent the money now, can I get a refund do you think?

are you sure your MacBook Air has a sufficient graphics card? I know the MacBook with Intel GMA X3100 won't run the game...
The oldest version of the MacBook Air (2008) also uses the Intel GMA X3100, so if you have that model, you can't run the game.

I have paid for this service for a year and it never worked on my computer. I just renewed and it finally converted the file but it will not let me edit it. I join you in being bummed. Either I get help with this or I am asking for a 2 year refund. My intention was to be able to edit a pdf in MS Word.

First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen.

Movies cannot be reloaded (like you can with Tv shows, music, apps) and as such are not stored in your purchase history.

All sales are final especially when the app can't be returned.

I can see why that would be frustrating! Have you tried selecting Stayed Signed In underneath the Adobe ID and Password boxes when you try to log in?
What did you use to create the PDF form? If you used FormsCentral, form data is saved to your online FormsCentral account. If you have Acrobat, you can export form data as described here: Adobe Acrobat X Pro * Manage form data files

Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. Lion is not in iTunes. It is in the Mac App Store. Be sure to sign in with the same Apple ID so you don't have to pay twice.

It gets an error stating "retrieving iOS info from apple" then it stops and says "internet error". My Internet connection is fine with the Mac-book. It shows the iPad is listed under the Prepare logo up top as 1 but under supervise none are shown. Although it does show itself in iTunes. Also the profile I created is fresh and has no errors. We have tryed nearly everything I cna think of and online forums are not giving us to much info on this error.
