I paid for renewal of Creative Cloud but am still showing expired and cannot open any of the programs. What can I do?

The countdown went to about 5 days and I upgraded the payment in February, but now I can't access any of the programs. I need these to get work done!

It seems a little frustrating not knowing what happened to my order and not being able to contact anyone. Is all this usual with Adobe or are they just having technical problems this week?

I bought creative cloud, but it still keeps in trial version. and I click "Join Now" on photoshop startup window, it will forward me to buy creative cloud. I can't find any place for register or enter serial code, I don't know how to do, please help! Thanks!

Hi,
If you are using Windows Machine, just click on Start button and start typing CC, you will see all your downloaded Creative Cloud application there.
And in case of Mac, at the top right corner, there is a magnefying glass caled as Spotlight. Click on it and start typing CC, it will show your downloaded Creative Cloud apps, there.

Looks like you didn't uninstall; you just logged out. Go to the Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features (in Win7; may be different in your version of Windows). right click on each Adobe CC app you want to uninstall and select "uninstall". Then uninstall CC itself.

Have you tried resetting your iPad?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost.

Try boot into Safe Mode and try again.

Try Help / Updates in the Editor. The D750 was first supported in the ACR 8.7 and PSE13 ships with ACR 8.6.

Are there planned price increases for renewal of creative cloud subscription

My renewal for creative cloud is pending.Are there price increases planned for creative cloud single app renewal?

I should have wrote, "I am better off, purchasing the Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium at $1899.00 and upgrading every 2 years at a cost of $375."

Let's do some basic arithmatic
CC Suite is $49.99 x 12 = $599.98 per year || $1199.76 / 2 years || $1799.74 / 3 years || $2399.72 / 4 years || $2999.70 / 5 years || $3599.68
When you compare to purchasing the Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium at $1899.00 and then upgrading every 2 years at a cost of $375, it only takes 4.5 years before the CC subscription begins to surpass the 'owning' the product license model. Of course, the Adobe finance people know this very well and that is why the subscription model is absolutely adored!
My graph clearly illustrates this... hopefully I don't annoy the Adobe people with this... not my intention.
I am rounding values and not taking into account regional price differences nor am I accounting for price increases.
I should add that at a subscription rate of $29.99 per month, Adobe still stands to make significantly more money, over the long term... but the mid-point is just over 9 years, rather than 4.5 years and that is a more palatable proposition... I am guessing... for most of us.
Adobe, don't be greedy!
