I paid for songs but I am not allowed to burn them to CD?

I will try and make this as short as possible. Itunes always reminds you to back-up your songs in the event of an accident (hard drive crashes, etc). Therefore, I did just that a while back (backed up all of my songs to my external HD).
recently I did a system restore on my PC that wiped out everything and started me from scratch. I was not worried because I backed everything up. I re-added most of my songs again from the external HD, but now it won't let me burn them to CD. It is saying something along the lines of this computer is not authorized to burn the songs. What I don't get is, I have burned these same songs before on a CD in the past. Why can't I burn them now? I have to assume it has something to do with me backing them up to my external HD since I never had this problem before. Thanks in advance for your help

Authorize the computer from the Store menu. Authorization information isn't stored in the iTunes backups.

  • Paid for Charting But It's Not Enabled

    I need help.
    I have upgraded from Flex Standard to Flex Pro so that I
    could get the charting.
    I entered my license number as soon as I purchased and Flex
    says that it's the pro upgrade.
    However, when I add one of the charting components to the
    form it says that it is a trial.
    I have tried reinstalling over my old version.
    I initially called tech support and was told there is no
    phone support for flex and that I would have to submit a ticket...
    I did and then I got a response that said I needed to call
    customer service.
    I called customer service and they referred me to tech
    support...
    Tech support then sent me back to customer service...
    And customer service said we'll enter a ticket for you and
    the engineers should get back to you...(180 166 674)
    It's been several days since I purchased the charting and I
    need it ASAP.
    Anyone have any ideas how I can get this resolved?

    HI,
    I had the same issue here. I had a trail version of flex2
    with charting and when I purchased my charting kept saying trial
    still.
    Ok first things first.
    in the help menu go manage flex licenses and confirm that you
    have the charting
    if you do, go to the flex/project navigator and right click
    on your project folder, select refresh project.
    Now in the project menu select clean, make sure your project
    is selected in the next window and click ok.
    All you build files will be re-created clearing any caches.
    This should work, I now have a habit before I generate
    release builds, to refresh and clean first.

    Try to see if perhaps you are connecting the drive to a surge protector and it might not be getting enough power, try to connect the adapter directly to a power outlet on the wall to see if you get a different result.

    First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

    I tried to download from App Store directly to iPad2. I and I have an icon on the desk top but it is greyed out. When I go back to the install page the box saya "installing" but that is also greyed  out.     I downloaded an episode of a TV show (and paid for it), but the download froze and only 30 seconds of it downloaded.  I can't figure out how to download the rest of it.  itunes shows it as already downloaded, and doesn't give an option for re-downloading it.  I have gone to the page where you finish any incomplete downloads, and this one did not show up on it.  I tried deleting the episode (or 30 seconds of the episode from my computer), hoping that I could redownload it, but it still shows up as downloaded & doesn't give me an option to download it. I paid for it, but I can't watch it.  How do I contact a real person or do a live chat or something so I can get this fixed?
