I paid for the annual subscription for Creative Cloud. but when i download the programs it showed me using the trial version. how do i get the full program i paid for?
i bought 2 license for CC but i can't download full version for this. it always show like "download trial version". Please advise
Please check if the 2 license are for CC team or CC individual, if it is for Team then you need to assign seat by sending the invite from the admin console & the user has to accept the invite.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.

After having payed fo an account for one year for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 i keep getting the message ,that I am using a trial version of Photoshop CC.
Lightroom on the other hand is not functioning in a trial version !
Could anyone tell me how I can start working with Photoshop CC while not in trial mode ?
PeterI Don’t know how I di dit, but when I started Photoshop this mornig all of a sudden it worked.

You can either use Office for Mac 2011 or use Boot Camp to run Windows or use a VM, such as Parallels Desktop to run Windows. Running Windows, you'd be able to use MS Office for Windows.

It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to. Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application. If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this. Are you the administrative contact on your Creative Cloud team subscription? The admin user doesn't receive the same set of services as a full seat, so you will have a Typekit Trial plan instead of the Portfolio plan.
You have the option of upgrading to the Portfolio level, though. If you would like to do that:
1) sign in at https://typekit.com/login with your Adobe ID and password
2) visit typekit.com/plans, and select the "upgrade" option underneath Portfolio
Your Typekit plan upgrade will be billed separately from your Creative Cloud payments. The Portfolio plan is $49.99/year.

How can I get a full user's manual for my WX350 camera? I have downloaded all of the ones at http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=DSCWX350&template_id=1®ion_id=1&tab=manuals#/manualsTab But all of them give a very limited amount of information. There are many features that these manuals do not describe, and I need a "real" manual.
Unfortunately, Sony has become a tad chintzy with the info over the past few years. The Instruction Manual and Help Guide are about all there is.
