I paid for the app but it's not listed in my purchases
I was trying to buy an app. It came back declined but I checked my bank and the payment went through. The app doesn't show on my purchased items, there's no record that I paid for it. What do I do know?

The apps in the iTunes App Store are for iOS devices, iPhones, iPads, etc. The apps in the Mac App Store are for Macs. Apps for iOS devices do not run on Macs. Apps for Macs do not run on iOS devices. Your purchases in the iTunes App Store will never show up in the Purchases pane of the Mac App Store. They are two different versions of apps for two different operating systems. If a developer has developed a version for both platforms they must be purchased separately.

I'm not really sure what you did, however you can only purchase apps from the App Store not from individual websites. I've taken a look at the website myself and it does direct you to the App Store, is this what happened for you. -

Video apps in the Cloud suite (such as Premiere Pro and After Effects) are 64 bit only and will only run on 64 bit processors and 64 bit operating systems.
If your computer is running a 32 bit operating system (e.g. Win 7 32 bit) then you will not able to download those apps since they will not run on your computer.

if you have purchased the app on the ipad, try to do the same from itunes, it will not charge you twice if it is a paid app. and after sync your ipad with your computer and make sure that the app you just got its ticked to sync.. Hope this helps

I restored my iPad 2. I'm unable to re-download "Newsweek" purchased issues. It is an "in-app" purchase. I'm tapping "Restore All Purchases" in the Newsweek for iPad app, but it is not restoring. I see the "Buy" button next to a purchased issue.

My iPhoto library has suddenly disappeared from my computer.
When i click on iPhoto it tells me to choose my library or create a new one. However no library option appears. I have searched the computer for the library but it does not seem to exist anymore. I did not have time machine set up, so there is no back up. Is there any way i can retrieve my library?
Here is a picture of what appears when i click on iPhoto:In terms of searching i have searched for photos on my finder. However, none of the photos that appear are from my iPhoto Library.

Search for any file with "ThumbJPGSegment" in the name. If you added at least one image to your library, the library should contain a file with this name, see OldToad's post: Re: Since I updated to iPhoto 9.5.1, my library is not listed or available. C7 - Can't open Pwd protected PDF
