I pause streaming vid and it takes me to the Adobe website?
When I play streaming video and pause it to let the stream finish, the page stops the streaming video and takes me to the Adobe website. Problem is, I already have the newest version. Why does it take me to that site? Why won't it just pause?
Hi Jeff I have uninstalled Muse from my applications and have tried to download the new version but it displays a message 'file not found'. I have included a screenshot.

There's no difference between the installer on the disk and that available online.
You can download Acrobat 10 Pro from : http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
and use the purchased serial number to activate the software.

Contact iTunes if yo know your current payment method is valid. Form the message it appears that it is not valid (has no funds)

When I open Muse it comes up with a 'new version is available' and when I click on 'install now' it takes me to the adobe muse website where I click on the 'Download' button. It will then come up with 'Muse is downloading now'. It will then take me back to the Muse app again with the same 'install now' message. The new version has not installed, could some one please let me know the reason why it isn't installing.

Downloaded 2 rentals and they won't play. They ask if I would like to begin the rental period, I say yes and it takes me to the dvd screen, but does not play. I hit play, fast forward, skip chapters and nothing.
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items. -
I keep getting the message when I open Muse CC, that the latest version is here and that i need to download it... But when i click "Download Latest Version" and it takes me to the applications manager it tell me that Muse is "Up to date"..... I also downloaded a template from Muse and it tells me when I open it that i also need the latest version... Can anyone explain why Iam getting this message and Why I can not up date?... Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership. Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial. On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch." But this is not the case. I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?
