uninstall whatever cc programs you've installed.
clean http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
then go here and install the cc desktop app. use it to install you cc apps, Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

Each month, for the past three months or so, at renewal time, I receive a note stating that my trial period has expired and I cannot open my Acrobat Files. I have telephoned three or four times each time this happens and have been told that the matter has been resolved - it has not! At one time I had paid inadvertently for three account for Acrobat XI Pro running at the same time - I only need 1. I'm afraid that I may have just opened a second account by mistake in order to open my files. I repeat, I only require one account. Would you please advise and assure me that this matter has finally been resolved and that I will no longer receive these notifications each month..

I don't work for Adobe but it seems to me you might be signing in to Acrobat with the wrong Adobe ID.
Check the Adobe ID you use in Acrobat.
Check this Adobe ID on Adobe's to make sure that it has an active subscription.

The 29.99 introductory offer is for existing CS customers ie customers with a CS3-CS6 product (suite or individual product).

You are allowed to have two working installations so if you want to have it on two machines you can. If you want it on more than that then you need to manage which ones are working at any given time such that only two are usable.

I checked your account; I don't see that either an ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack subscription. Did you get either service as an in-app purchase on Reader for iOS? If so, that subscription is handled by the Apple App Store, and Adobe wouldn't have record of it. If you did get it as an in-app purchase, you would need to contact the App Store to find out if there is an issue with your subscription.

The configure bar gets about an 1/8 full and then just does nothing. I think its lists the update as combo update? cant remember with out checking.
I have tried to do the disk verify and repair but this has made no difference.
Please let me know what i need to do, I have reformatted the mac just to start over as was clogged with a lot of useless data, I had installed lion (10.7) from the app store previously and now cant seem to find a way to re install lion. I hope I dont need to pay for it again?

If you erased your hard drive, you'll need to reinstll OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard to access the App store. You won't have to pay for OS X 10.7 Lion again. Did you try booting to the recovery partition by holding the command and r keys down? If that's still there, you can reinstall OS X 10.7 from there.
If you're looking to install the current iTunes, you need OS X 10.6.8 at a minimum.
If you're still trying to update OS X 10.5 Leopard, you can download the combo update from here. Download, use Disk Utility to repair permissions, apply the update, then repair permissions again. That will take you to OS X 10.5.8.
