Basic data ... your OS, CPU, RAM, GPU, and the amount of vRAM available for your graphics card (GPU); how far you have gotten ... is the CC Desktop app up & running? Have you signed in? Have you downloaded programs that aren't working ... and if so, what steps have you taken so far?

1. If you are this unhappy with that phone, and the lost earbuds is the only thing stopping you from taking it back, why do not just buy some earbuds. That way you can get rid of that phone. It all depend upon how much you want to get rid of that phone.
2. Yet if you are stuck with that iPhone, here is something might help you to control the data usage. By design, iPhones do turn off WiFi when they go dormant. So if a download is in progress and so forth when the phone goes dormant, it will switch to use cellular data, if this setting is left on. Therefore, from multi-sources I have learned that if you keep your iPhone connected to a power source, then it will stay connected to the available WiFi.

This is Linda again. The new iPad actually as not restored on my employees computer. I thought it was working. Message said the device is in recovery mode and can not be restored. I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?

Most commonly used backup methods
Th problem with HD video is it needs a fast external interface, so you should pick a external drive that uses the fastest interface your computer has to offer.
Performance rank fastest to slowest is
Thunderbolt, USB3, (newer Mac's)
Firewire 800, USB 2, Firewire 400, USB 1 (older Mac's)
Newer Windows PC's have USB3, older one's USB 2,1.
You need to format the drive if it comes FAT which a lot do, as FAT has a 4GB file size limit, so this won't work with large HD video files.
So if your going to use the drive only with a Mac, then head to Utlities > Disk Utility and format it Options: GUID Format: OS X Extended Journaled. (select the drive makers name and click Partition tab)
If your going to use the external drive with a PC, take it to the oldest PC you have and right click and format exFAT.
If you have a Windows XP machine and there is no exFAT, it can be downloaded for free from Microsoft.

If Windows :
Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from C: > Program Files > Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 .
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
It should update.
If Mac:
Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from Applications folder:
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
Let me know if you face any error .
Error 49 occurs while updating the application , when Creative Cloud app does not have reference / Access to installed CC app, so that it can apply updates for the same .
You can try to update from CC app like Photoshop itself and check.

I'm not understanding what you're wanting. You don't sync ipad to iPad. You can sync both devices to the same iTunes account or same computer.
And you can choose the content on each device. I have an iPod and iPad and maintain separate content on each one.

What do you mean what should you do? Just because you don't want to pay too much for a phone, doesn't make the price any cheaper. If you can't afford the price of an unlocked phone, then you don't, or can't, buy one.

I have bought an Iphone 4 from ebay. It was listed as brand new and on o2. The phone has never been activated but it won't take an o2 sim, in fact I've tried the majority of the UK networks and it just keeps saying sim not supported please insert the original sim. The seller is very unhelpful and I'm a bit lost now. Can anyone help? I'm an iphone novice, am I doing something wrong?

The only option here is to contract 02 and ask them why the phone won't work. If the phone is supposedly locked to 02, then they are the only ones who can help you. Try contacting them to see.
If they can't help you, then I'm afraid that you have been had on ebay and it is never a good idea to purchase iPhones and anything of an expensive nature there - you can never trust what people say.
You need to contact the seller and either ask for the original sim card for the phone and if the phone is actually locked to 02 or you just tell them that you are returning the phone for a full refund.
If the seller is not being helpful, then you can file a dispute with ebay and ebay will then sort it out for you and you should be able to return the phone for a full refund.
Bottom line: Don't buy an iPhone from ebay and if you want an iPhone on 02, go to an 02 store and buy one - they have plenty in stock - my local branch has iPhone 5's in stock and they still have the iPhone 4's if you want one.
