I pay for the cloud, but the products tell me that I only have a 30 day version

I have been using the cloud for about 2 months now, but yesterday had some hardware issues and had to re-install a few things. Now when I open Acrobat or Photoshop I am told I only have a 30 day version. How can I get it back to the way it was?

Please launch any product and you will get a pop up message showing the trial period.
click on the button 'License this software' on the same pop up window  and login with your Adobe Id and password.
It will activate the subscription in your computer.

    Unless you transfer the files from Setup Assistant, Migration Assistant creates a new user with the data.
    To transfer the files to your first user, you have to log on this new user, and copy all your files to /Users/Shard folder. This is a folder where you can put the files you want to share between two or more users, and all users can read and write in it.
    After copying the files, go to your first user, open /Users/Shared folder, and copy the files to your user folders. If you migrated applications, you must know that they are stored in a common folder (/Applications), so you don't have to transfer them. To open /Users/Shared folder, open Go menu (in the menu bar) > Go to Folder, and type the folder

    I have a subscription to Creative Cloud (student and teacher version), but whenever I open one of the Adobe programs (installed using the Adobe Application Manager after signing in with my Adobe ID), I am told that I only have a trial version of the app. I am given the options to register the software or continue with trial. When I try to register, it tells me that I will sign in with my Adobe ID. After signing in, it asks me to input a serial number, but I never got a serial number so I can't do anything. Can anyone explain what's going on?

    I would suggest that you download the LR 4.1 Release Candidate which has many bug fixes for LR 4.0. There is more info on it at the Lightroom Journal web site. see the links below for more info. The release candidate is good until the final version is available or until June 30. When you get the final version you can use the serial number you have received to register the product.

    Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
    You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

    If you clicked through a warning that Time Machine was going to erase the drive, then yes, everything that was there before is gone. Restore from one of your backups.

    CS3 is also too old to have an "upgrade path" and is no longer sold or supported by Adobe.

    If you don't want to go with the subscription service, Adobe does still offer CS6 (4 versions away from current & no longer receiving updates) as a "one time payment/download" perpetual license: Creative Suite 6

    That's up to the seller of the app. Many, but not all, apps will work on both the iPhone and iPad. For those apps that do you only need to pay for them once, as long as they were purchased with the same Apple ID. But app developers have the option of selling separate versions of their app for iPhone and iPad. For those apps you have to pay for them for each platform.

  • I'm paying for the Creative Cloud student pack, but it suddenly turned into a trial pack when I redownloaded it.

    I'm paying monthly for Creative Cloud (student pack). It worked well, but when I switched my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its apps, it told me I was on trial and that I had to pay for the full version. The strange thing was that I was still paying at that time. I did log in properly when I downlaoded Cloud. I don't know what is wrong here. Please help, or I'll be losing my money in  a flash.

    I decided to write here at the community because I'm sincerely worry about it, and I would like to know if someone else have already seen it before.
    Adobe is verifying my case, but I'm in need of an urgent response. I don't know if I make another account and another credit card debit, just to have access for the programs, or if I wait working on another old PC computer for 25 trial days. If I make another account I can be charged for 2 payments, That's what I don't want.

    Paulou12 what type of a Creative Cloud Membership do you have?  You can find details on how to update Lightroom using the Creative Cloud Desktop application at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
    Finally if you are in a managed environment then please work with your I.T. department to apply the update.
