Perhaps give some actual info so we can try to help? We're just other users here, and we are NOT clairvoyant.
Basic data ... your OS, CPU, RAM, GPU, and the amount of vRAM available for your graphics card (GPU); how far you have gotten ... is the CC Desktop app up & running? Have you signed in? Have you downloaded programs that aren't working ... and if so, what steps have you taken so far?

    I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?
    I have finally got to a place with a wide enough wifi to connect my computer and restore the phone. This has lasted over a day!
    I don't even know why Find My Friends is on my phone. Is it part of the package and how do I turn it off?

    In the meantime, you can try this. This how I would procede no matter the app. You can also delete the app, and try to install it again. Also check the reviews for the app in the app store.
    Try this:
    Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
    (How to update your iOS device
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4623)
    Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
    If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings  (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
    (no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).

  • Adobe is Registered as an AMD Partner but products don't work

    I have an AMD Radeon HD 7950 graphics card producing a 3 screen AMD Eyefinity display 5760 x 1980. Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 doesn't work reliable with the eyefinity set up with works with eyefinity disabled. Surely Adobe can't say that they have certified the cards as working with their software if the two don't woprk together. I have rasied this previously with Adobe support who have never resolved the problem and now say the software is out of date so won't spend any effort on it unless I pay for it. Iwant to know if the later versions work with the graphics card in eyefinity mode driving 3 monitoprs configured as above. If not I will complain to boith AMD and Adobe that the products don't work with each other.
    I'm running Win 7 with x64 setup.
    Does anyone have a solution please?

    Working and working in every configuration are two different things.
    You can download and install PSE12 in 30-day Trial mode to test for yourself.
    Does it work with 2 displays, just not 3?
    Is/are your DisplayPort adapter(s) Active or Passive?
    PSE12 on a Windows computer is still 32-bit so maybe there’s not enough memory to deal with all that screen real-estate.

  • Have installed FP but pages don't work correctly

    I have updated Flash Player to the newest version, but it doesn't work now. Even on your page I can't see the box showing the FP version. And the big picture on the FP page only comes up when the page is being loaded but disappears right afterwards. I have done everything that I found on your page, deinstalled FP again, cleaned the system, installed it again... But always with the same problems at the end.
    I have a 9 month old HP laptop, Windows 7 and IE 9. Am now really tired with this!!

  • Armenian fonts installed and show up in Photoshop, but they don't work.

    I have a Mac OSX 10.6.8 running on Snow Leopard. I have Photoshop CS5. I installed about 10 different Armenian fonts (ttf file extensions) and unzipped them. I double clicked them all and installed them into my Font Book. They appear in Final Cut Pro and in Adobe Photoshop, but they do not work. I previously installed the Armeast font and that is the only font that will work in both programs. If I highlight my text and switch to any of the other Armenian fonts--ArmScript, Mshtakan, etc., it will just jump back to the default Armeast font. And the other Armenian fonts--ArmArt, ArmScool, Araratn, Arial ArmenianNew are listed as Latin characters "Sample." I really hate the default Armeast font and there are so many beautiful fonts I would rather be using. Is there any way to enable them to work in Photoshop? I have read through other threads and I couldn't find what I was looking for to answer my question.

    I currently use Trust USB portable speakers in combination with my windows 7 minilaptop. But the problem I have is that they don't work with iTunes(newest version). However, they do work fine with WMP, any ideas how I can solve it?

  • Unable to save LiveCycle PDF form in Adobe Reader: Steps on Adobe don't work

    I went to follow the steps provided in the help video on Adobe. Two issues I couldn't solve:
    How do you login to LiveCycle via the web as an admin? How do you get to the LiveCycle admin portal?
    The local host (http://localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions) is unavailable. Every time I try to go there I get a 500 error message page. What is the new local host?
    The steps I followed were:
    So according to a video on its official website, in order to enable LiveCycle forms in Reader so they can be saved you need an Adobe Reader Extension which means we need a Reader Extension Credential loaded onto the server. For that you need to purchase a Reader extension license from Adobe.
    However, there is a trial version Eric or Jay could instal for me on the Remote Desktop. They can find it at:

    They will want to download the “Trial Reader Extensions Certificate” under “Downloads and updates”. It’s a 30 day trial which should work fine for our needs.
    The credential then needs to be imported into the Adobe Administrator. To do that they need to:
    Login to LiveCycle as an admin (via the web?)
    Go to “Settings"
    Go to “Trust store management”
    Go to “Local credentials”
    Click “Import"
    Trust store type should be “Reader Extensions Credential”
    Give it a name (i.e. Alias)
    Browse to credential file
    .pfx is the credential file
    .txt is the password
    Right-click the .txt
    Click “Open”
    Copy password from notepad
    Close notepad
    Open the .pfx file
    Paste in password copied from .txt file under “Password” in import form
    Click OK
    Then there’s something about going to Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions program (http://localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions). Don’t ask. I’m personally lost at this point.
    In Extensions program they need to:
    Select the Extensions credential
    Click the check box next to
    “Basic form fill-in”
    “Import and export data”
    “Submit outside of web browser”
    “Database and web service connectivity”
    “Digital Signatures”
    “Commenting”
    “Online Commenting"
    Set “Draft Level” to “Final”
    Click the check box next to “Full Save”
    “Browse” to the SNAP Survey I created and saved on the server.
    Click “Apply”
    In new window that appears:
    Click “Download”
    Save back to the server

    If you're on the machine that's running LC the administrator console is http://localhost:8080/adminui
    If you're not able to get to localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions then I suspect the LiveCycle server is not on your machine.  If that's the case you'll have to find out the name of the server running LiveCycle and connect using that name instead of localhost.

  • Safari crashes.  I've tried some other threads but suggestions don't work

    Safari 3.2.1 crashes after opening. It opens very slowly with spinning wheel. It crashes sooner now so that I don't have time to uncheck the security warning pop up that was suggested.
    I've verified and repaired disc, verified and repaired permissions via disc utility. Based upon a previous solution I also corrected duplicate fonts in Font Book and used Font Nuke to delete the cache. Earlier I had time to empty Safari cache. I tried reloading Safari 3.2.1 for 10.4.11 but that didn't help. I checked both libraries and did not have any Input Manager folders. I don't believe I have any third party applications for Safari, at least those mentioned. I deleted "form values" and download.plist from Home/Library/safari and com.apple.safari.plist from Home/Library/Preferences per Klaus1's post. I tried to complete the link in his reply to Safari3.2.1 is flawed but that didn't help either.

    First, launch Safari and open Preferences > Security and disable the "Warn when visiting a fraudulent website" if you haven't already done so; then quit Safari.
    Next, do these in order:
    1. Go to ~/Library/Safari and remove (do not delete) these items:
    • Downloads.plist
    • History.plist
    • LastSession.plist
    2. Go to ~/Library/Cookies and remove (do not delete) the cookies.plist file.
    3. Go to ~/Library/Caches/Safari and delete the entire contents of that folder.
    4. Restart Safari and see if things have improved.

    I' ve two javascripts (one for a warn of my pics and one for a "nedstat"-counter). Before, with one script (of both) the scripts are working. I have found on the internet an example tutorial with <body onload="dothat();dothis()", but how do I write this tutorial (or an other solution) in my html (I'm working with Star/SunOffice 5.2)?

  • Made buttons from flash, but links don't work on webpages...

    I actionscripted some custom flash buttons with the getURL("www..."), and they work when I preview them IN flash. When I publish it, however, and open up the .swf file, I get a warning when I click it saying something about security issues, and the link never opens (or even attempts to). And lastly, when I put the .swf into my .html, they don't do ANYTHING when I click them in preview...
    FYI - I just started making the site, and I'm not connected to any server yet. I'm working locally.... I use windows 7...
    Please help! I'm about to sign up with iPages for webhosting and want to get the site up soon!

    It's always a good idea to debug pages by publishing them to a live web server before your site goes live.
    Flash buttons are not a practical or web friendly choice for navigation because many people/devices can't use Flash.  What will these people do?  Consider using CSS styled text links instead of Flash buttons.
