I photo no longer links with Facebook

My i photo will not link with Facebook anymore. Instead of getting a window to put my login name and password for FB, I just get a window that pulls up FB on the internet but it will not link to my account and I cannot put pictures up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

get the photos off the card and use your camera's format command to reformat the card - that will clear the problem

Let's take a look! Verizon Wireless is not authorized to directly troubleshoot 3rd party apps, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling facebook? What applications are having trouble working with Facebook? Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Contact Card won't link with facebook.

I recently downloaded the update for the Incredible 2. Before the update My contact card was linked with my facebook account and i had my facebook picture adn other info. Now it's no longer linked and i don't know how to fix it help please!

Do you have information about the model no. of original purchase that is printed on the back cover ?
What is model no. of the replacement iPhone 5 ?
If T-mobile SIM worked on the original purchase and does not work on the replacement iPhone 5, they gave you a wrong model.

Playbook Calendar no longer synching with Facebook

Hello, this was working before, but I deleted my facebook account from the Accounts manager ... then some days later I added it again and it shows up within Messages and Contacts, but within the Calendar application it shows up as an option, but I do not see any birthay or event ... and if I want to create an event/appointment and want to choose the Facebook calnedar, it appears greyed-out and I can not select it..... it seems like the calendar application has a problem to communicate with Facebook ... but I do not know why...
I have tried already a complete wipe and start from scratch, but it all comes back to the same symptom ... everything esle is working fine.... Any clue? .... I have seen others reporting problems to sync their calendar with facebook, and it is not clear they got it back to work.

I can reproduce this bug too on OS 2.1.0.1088.
Another thing that I noticed is that when I try to change the color of the Facebook calendar the application show the spinning thing but it never ends. I have to quit the app and when I open it again the color didn't change.
It would be really nice if we could choose what to sync - Contacts, Calendar, Email - from Facebook like it's possible to do with Gmail accounts.

Oh ok, thanks for helping me find out the problem! This is a simple fix, head into 'Settings' > scroll down to 'Privacy' > now go to 'Photos' > finally hit the the slider next to 'Facebook'. Now head over to the facebook app and try again.

HP MediaSmart Photo no longer linking to Snapfish

Error Message: Snapfish Login Failed - make sure your Snapfish user name and password are correct.
Well my Snapfish login and password are definietely correct. I can log into Snapfish direct from the internet without problem so the fault must lie within MediaSmart. Most frustrating to have assembled all your photos on the MediaSmart screen, click 'Print and Create' ,' Prints' and yet not be able to send direct to Snapfish for printing. Any ideas most welcome. Thanks.

Hello m_g_l. I understand you're having some trouble logging into SnapFish.
If you're able to log into the account from the website without issues then this implies that the problem lies with the software. I suggest you first try uninstalling the application and reinstalling this version.

Edit photo no longer works with 5.1.1 upgrade on iPad and iPhone ?

After 5.1.1 upgrade both iPad and iPhone shutdown and reset, help. Anyone else have this issue? Solution?

It was set up all the restarted, re booted whole nine yards..... I even restarted it a couple times since update... It's been a couple of days and it just stall and reboots when you try to edit any picture :( I also seem to be having many of the other update issues as others. Including battery % loss t higher rate and loosing phone service all togethere.....

Sync iCloud-enabled iPhone no longer works with iTunes

Both my wife's and my iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S stopped syncing with iTunes soon after the switch to iCLoud and iOS 5.0.1.
Both phones are setup to backup into iCLoud and to sync via WiFi to the inhouse iTunes.
At some point iTunes decided that both devices are no longer linked with our Computer (iMac 27 OSX 10.7.2) and insists whenever it 'sees' the iPhones on WiFi or the local cable that either devive has to be initialized or restored from the latest local backup (which is outdated due to the iCloud backups).
No way to syn music, videos, movies to any of the devices ever since.
Anybody else having the same issues with iTunes 'forgetting' previously paired iPhones?

That is wild! My receiver had problems under 4.1, and I upgraded to 4.2 last night hoping to rectify things. It worked for me, flies through the menus and plays back beautifully again.

with lots of subscribers. I noticed that it no longer links with iTunes.
I think I know what happened, but I don't know how to correct it. I changed the name of the main page in inspector. Then, I changed it back to what it was when I realized my mistake. But iTunes is still not linking or downloading the latest episodes.
Help!!!!!!!! Is this the end of my podcast????

ICloud photos doesn't sync with PC after iOS 8 installation on iPad

After installing iOS 8 on my iOS devices (3), photos no longer sync with my PC. Sync worked ok before the iOS so-called 'upgrade', but now it doesn't. Contacts and Calendar seem still to sync, but not photos. Once again, Apple runs ahead with changes without bothering to think through how the so-called improvements will affect services that worked fine before. I'd dearly love it if someone could help to make photo sync work again. Thanks.

Editing contacts that are linked to Facebook profiles

I find it very convenient to have contacts linked with Facebook as it fills in the fields that I couldn't otherwise be bothered to fill in. Like birthdays and profile pictures. The issue I'm having is that I can't remove incorrect or irrelevant information from the contacts info. Example being that a contact of mine has an old email listed on there Facebook. I can add the correct one but if I delete the old one it seems to reappear as soon as I hit save. The option is there to remove information but it seems to do nothing.
The other issue I'm facing is that unlinking the contact from Facebook removes all of the filled in info from Facebook. There seems to be no way of retaining it after the contact is unlinked.
Am I missing something?

I noticed the same thing today. I think the only way to solve the issue without unlinking the contacts is to ask your facebook friend to update their info on FB... I believe we cannot edit that info since it's provided by facebook, it's not local.

HELP!! I viewed my "backup" files, and now ALL of my photos are no longer "linked" to Lightroom.

I thought I was missing some files, so I viewed my backup files. I received a "warning" that Lightroom would restart and view my backup files. I did NOT receive any warning, that there was NO GOING BACK!! I've tried everything. I cannot re-link ANY of my photos. Well, I did just do one, and it told me all the other photos in the folder were corrupt and Lightroom would not be able to edit them (and no, it was not an exported .jpeg file). Fortunately, I am not concerned about this folder, that's why I tested it. I was forced to moved all of my photos from my C drive to my D drive because for some weird reason on this computer, my D drive is 5 times bigger and I ran out of room. When I did that, I was able to relink all the pictures. Sadly, it didn't keep my Folders, it just relinked them all by date. That I can deal with, even though it makes finding photos much more difficult, but I wasn't about to try to rename any of them and have to relink again.
Now, I can't relink any of them because it appears in Lightroom that all photos are back in the C drive and therefore, the new photos that I placed on the D drive are not there, and nothing will relink, period, not even the ones that were originally on my C drive!
I have never been so aggravated in my life. I LOVE Lightroom capabilities. I have version 2.3. When I look it up on the online help, all I get is how the photos are in whatever location they were saved, but they are linked, etc. I already know that part. I seriously wish I had NEVER looked at my backup files. I don't think I'll bother backing up stuff anymore because apparently looking at the backup messes up everything.
I fully anticipated that I would be able to go back, choose my folders on my D drive and have all of my current photos available. Sadly, not.
My user name should be FREAKED OUT!

Thanks! I've been practicing deep breathing between yelling at my computer. I use Windows 7. I was in my "regular" Lightroom photos, and I couldn't locate some pictures I took last December. So, I thought, well, why not look at the back up files? I'm normally excellent at remembering exact steps, but I'm so worried about all of my thousands of photos, I can only explain what I think I did. I went into Windows Explorer, and chose the backup files. When I did, I received the warning about Lightroom restarting and loading the backup photos. I hesitated for a full minute, but thought, well, isn't that what backup files are for? So, I selected it. Lightroom opened the backup photos without any problem. But, when I went back, and tried opening the photos that were linked to Lightroom, they were no longer linked. When I click on the formerly linked photos, they just open in Windows Explorer, not Lightroom. When I open Lightroom, it has says all the photos are "missing." All of the folders are listed in my C drive (in Lightroom), not where they'd been moved to on my D drive. The one photo I relinked, stated the photos in that folder could not be edited in Lightroom. So, I'm afraid to try to relink anymore of them. Also, as I said, any photos that I originally imported to my D drive are not showing up in Lightroom at all.
I would say, I normally learn software quickly. That was my experience with Lightroom. I installed it, went through all of the online training sessions, and have loved it. Admittedly, I'm sure there are features that I don't make use of that many people do, but I'm just a passionate photography nut, not a professional.
The online help basically explains the linking, and even how to relink if you "move" a file, a folder to another location. It doesn't cover this, or not where I can find it.
I've think I've given up on yelling at the computer, now I just have knots in my stomach about getting photos relinked. I have probably 80% of them exported, with the adjustments I made, but that does not make me feel one bit better.
