I am trying to play Cityville through Facebook, Adobe flash keeps crashing, why?

I don't know why Adobe flash started crashing, it doesn't last more then a few minutes once i start playing the game. It started today and have tried many different things to try to 'fix' it but I have found other friends that are experiencing the same problems and we are using different browsers so I don't think that is the problem. Please help!

Start by searching on a forum for the Flash Player. If you can't find an answer then post a question there, including browser and OS details

Since downloadingthe new foxfire i am unable to play any of the Zynga games trhough facebook or directly to the website.

Since upgrading the the newest foxfire i am now unable to download the Zynga games on facebook or going directly to the website. I went to the Abobe flash player setting and the box is checked to allow 3rd party to store data. So what is the next step. It was working fine until the upgrade.

Any ideas? The issue is still occuring, but seems to be intermittent, though it seems to be occuring more and more often. The only work-around I have now is to do a hard reset, which resolves it temporarily, but the error comes back soon after.
Any suggestions?

Flashplayer/shockwave in Zynga games on facebook

Does anyone have a definitive answer to the problems with Shockwave Flashplayer when playing Zynga games through facebook? I've tried so many different suggestions from different sources without any permanent success. I'm using Google Chrome on Vista (contemplating a new laptop with Windows 8 - will that be any better?).

Why does the shockwave player keep crashing when I play farmville 2 on both the facebook and zynga websites?

I play farmville 2 on both the zynga and facebook websites. My shockwave player keeps crashing and is a very slow to load the game. This happens on all of the browsers I have used. Google chrome works better than some, firefox, icedragon and IE all are very slow to load the game and this take a lot of enjoyment out of the actual game play. Please help figure this out. I even keep clearing the cache and history, this does not help out much either.

Unlink Aperture from Facebook and still keep the albums on Facebook?

Is it possible to unlink Aperture from Facebook and still keep the albums untouched on Facebook?
I really liked the Facebook exporter feature in Aperture until I realized that whenever you deleted a project or photo from the program the changes are reflected in any Facebook album it was associated with. Now I'm concerned about what would happen if something goes amiss with my Aperture Library and would prefer to just manually upload my photos to Facebook from now on. I have seen a few fixes for the same issue in iPhoto but not much about Aperture and don't want to do the wrong this and all my photos disappear from my Facebook.

The recommended procedure is to disable your Facebook account in Aperture to unlink it from Facebook, not to delete the albums inside Aperture:

You can delete Flickr and Facebook albums in the Aperture library at any time. Keep in mind that deleting a Flickr or Facebook album in Aperture deletes the corresponding Flickr set or Facebook album along with its contents online.

If you want to temporarily remove a Flickr or Facebook account in Aperture, but keep the albums and images as they are in your Flickr or Facebook account online, you can always disable your Flickr or Facebook account in Aperture. I am having this same problem. Before the updates, the Adobe Flash player NEVER crashed in Firefox (it did in Google Chrome all the time) and now it's crashing in all my favorite games....Farmville, Frontierville, Yoville, and Treasure Isle. It doesn't seem to be effecting the less-detailed Zynga games, such as Mafia Wars or Vampire Wars; and I can go into more detailed games that aren't Zynga and they seem to work fine too. I am not 100% sure what exactly the problem is, or who is causing it because I had a Firefox update, and then an Adobe update to the 10.1 beta. So I'm not sure if it's one or the other, or both of them put together.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the flash player so many times my mind is numb, and even tried to find the one I had prior to this new 10.1 and nothing has worked. I even did what that link Chris posted to do, and I thought it had worked at first...I actually got to go into my Farmville and Treasure Isle for a little bit, then it turned around and crashed again.
This is literally driving me crazy trying to figure it all out.....and it upsets me that everything was fine one day, then after some updates, everything is messed up. And it's just my luck that it effected some of the games I like to play the most.

Over the past 4-6 weeks I have had an increasing issue with the failure of Shockwave Flash player while playing games on facebook. I have tried all kinds of things to fix the issue, and finally am bringing it to you. It is happening to gamers the world over especially in the Farm Town game by Slashkey..but not exclusive to Farm Town. I have had it fail with Candy Crush Saga and even Scabble. Tonight I have uninstalled Google Chrome and reinstalled it..as well as Adobe flashplyer..and am about to also reinstall Shockwave..to say I am frustrated with it is putting it very mild.
Please help me fix this problem..and I then can post the fix for other gamers..

After going back last night and using the Adobe directions to uninstall flash paler from mac, I found it had previously been uninstalled improperly and each time I was trying to do over it was eating more memory and stalling more often.. but I filled the direction..and.. go to Adobe.com. then type in the search window uninstall flash player from mac... others would do the same to uninstall from windows or whatever operating system they might use. After being careful to use Adobe's method of uninstall, I then proceeded to make sure my both Chrome and Safari Cache's and histories were cleared and clean...I was instructed to then go back and reinstall Flash player..but not Shockwave, contrary to what I had previously been instructed. Next I did a shutdown and a clean restart.
Final step was to re-install Flash Player..but not Shockwave as I had previously been instructed..and to update my OS X to it's newest update.. It has run like a dream since.

When I'm browsing some apps my IPad is automatically closing the page down and returning the main home page. I'm concerned this could be some sort of virus and wondering what I can to stop this happening.

H gave you the right answer BUT he didn't explain it very well! I never "backed up" or "restored", so I wouldn't know what he was talking about either! But now I do:
If your Apps keep closing (linked with or without Facebook): Go to a desktop or Laptop computer only and log on to iTunes and delete the App (like Jackpot Party.) that keeps crashing.
Then you have to plug in the device you are using that the apps crash on and use iTunes to restore your iOS device back to factory settings. ( After you sync and back up your device to iTunes!)

After restore, go to iTunes store and download the App again ( if it was a game, all levels/coins will still be there!)
I tried everything else, this is the only thing that worked! And it worked great!!

Shockwave flash is crashing as soon as I start playing anything online. And if the video somehow plays, it crashes as soon as I try to watch fullscreen. Help

I am using Firefox 34 and shockwave player 16. Both are the most recent updates available. But shockwave player crashes as soon as I try to watch any video online. I hAve tried all the suggestions in Adobe and mozilla forums but nothing helps. Recently, I cannot even watch the video fullscreen. A window pops up saying security error #2152: media cannot be played fullscreen. Earlier this was occasional but now it is regular and every time I try the same happens. I have tried creating profile and restarting firefox. The hardware acceleration mode is unchecked and firefox is running in safe mode. Real player is also disabled. Please help.

Note that Shockwave Flash player and Shockwave (director) player are not the same thing. In this case you are referring to the Flash Player.
