I can't push password number 1 and 4 because between these numbers there is a circle for assistive touch and also I played voiceover so it's difficult to push the numbers

Then update it to new email address. Creating a new AppleID is usually not a good thing as anything on your old account will not be transferred to your new account.

Restoring it will not delete it.
You need to turn it off (Settings > iCloud - Delete account then re-enable it with updated AppleID.
This is the ONLY way you can do it. -

I have downloaded several apps for my iPod touch and I can't get them to sync to the ipod
I have several apps in my iTunes acct and I would like to sync them to my child's iPod touch. On the apps page of my library, it lists them as installed but they will not sync to the iPod.
If they are listed as 'installed' (as opposed to 'will install') then that implies that they are on the iPod. Do they show on the screen mock-ups on that Apps tab on your computer's iTunes, and you've checked the actual homescreens on the iPod ?
And you've tried ejecting the iPod from the computer and doing a soft-reset of the iPod to see if they show after the iPod has restated ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot. -
I have tried 3 times to restore my itouch to update to ios 5.0 and now I am getting error message. "ipod could not be restored. an unknown error occurred. error 1611" ?!?! does anyone know how to fix this?? I now have no access to my ipod. it is stuck on screen with itunes icon and plug!

I understand the notebook produces sound from both headphones and speakers. I will do my best to assist you! The only troubleshooting I could suggest in this thread: Headphones plugged in, but speakers are still playing sound

No such app exisits or can exist. Apple doesn't allow 3rd party apps to access core functions of the phone. Time to get your phone replaced or repaired if assistive touch doesn't needs your needs.

My grandson turned on assisted touch and now he has to click on everything three times to open it and he can't scroll down in his settings app.
Turn on AssistiveTouch: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch. To set Triple-click Home to turn AssistiveTouch on or off, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-click Home.
Try the triple-click Home button. If necessary, use three fingers to scroll to turn AT off.
