I plugged my ipod into another computer and synced all my friends music to my ipod and erased everything of mine, how do i fi it?

i plugged my ipod into my friends computer, and instead of pressing set up as new ipod i pressed the other one that said restore to this pc. now everything on my ipod is gone. how can i fix this? i dont have a computer at home, i always used the ipod to download everything....
does this mean ill have to re download everything that was on there before this happened? and how do i get all my friends stuff off my ipod?

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and setting. Then re-setup the iPod with your account/media. To redownload iTunes purchases see:

That's certainly odd... the activation being lost could have been a carrier issue or iOS software issue...
Was the phone already working and activated prior to this issue?
You may be stuck with having to restore...
By default iTunes or iCloud (whichever you have designated) will back up your content and settings... Content wise remember it's still always in iTunes even if you remove it from the phone...
If a back up was performed prior to you have this issue (either by iTunes or iCloud) then performing the restore will take a bit but wont cause you to loose anything as after the restore is completed iTunes will ask if you want to restore from a back up or set up as a new device... choose the restore from back up option and choose the most recent back up listed and it will then restore all your settings and content...
Keep in mind this will only be ture IF a back up has recently been saved in iTunes or iCloud...
In iTunes it's easy to tell... open iTunes and go to prefferences... go to the devices tab and it will tell you the device and last date/time of last back up...
Unfortunately I'm not aware of how to check to when the last iCloud backup was performed UNLESS you happen to have another iOS device already... another iPhone or iPad for example...
If you do, then on that other iOS device... goto Settings > General > Manage Storage (under the iCloud section) and it will show you any iCloud back ups youve done with any devices

"OK - this is how it works:
In order to backup from iCloud you cannot use iTunes!
Therefore disconnect your device from your computer.
Turn on your device and go to Settings and then go to General.
At the bottom of this submenu there is a buttom "Reset"
If you push that buttom you see 6 different Erase settings to chose from!
Chose "Erase All Content and Settings" because this will wipe everything from your device and will let you restore from iCloud! (I tried the top "Reset All Settings" but that did not let me use iClouds afterwards!)
Once you pushed that buttom your device will be wiped clean and after some time you will see the Device Welcome Screen like on a new device!
After choosing your location you will be asked to setup your WiFi-conection. After you joint to your Wifi you will be given the choice to restore the iPad from a backup from the iCloud. Choosing this backup will prompt you with your apple ID and password.
Restoring from a backup can take some time. The process uses your Wi-Fi connection to download settings, content and data. If you had a lot of content on your device, this can take a while. The restore screen should give you estimates at each stage of the restore process, starting with restoring the settings and then booting into the iPad. When the iPad home screen appears, the device will continue the restore process by downloading all of your applications.
If you are restoring from a backup because you have run into problems with your device that can only be solved by restoring it, you can first choose your latest backup. If you still have problems, you can move on to the next latest backup, repeating the process until (hopefully) the problem is cleared."

My iTunes won't sync all of my music to my iPod touch

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Try deleting the the iTunes purchased ones and redownloading them.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Your title asks "How do I get my iPhone information back on my (iPhone)?
You also said "I have yet to back it up." Therefore, all your information that had been on your iPhone is now gone.
Your iPhone has (and will continue to) been refreshed from iTunes.

Can you view your personal info on iTunes from a computer if I never plugged my iPhone into a computer or synced it? I share a iTunes with someone and didn't know if they can view my info or not.

Also if I were to make my own iTunes would I loose everything on my phone?

The only possible way would be if you had a backup of the media on another device. FYI, iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
Although maybe you can talk to your dad and get your phone and/or laptop back.

I have an IPOD classic. When I sync, I have zero music on my IPOD.

I have my music on a backup drive. Its MP4 files. I copy my files to the "automatically add to itunes" folder and they show up in itunes. When I sync my IPOD and eject it, I have zero music on it. Can't figure it out.
