Answer- Plug your Ipod into your PC or Mac or whatever you got, go to Devices and click on your ipod.
Then Go to the [Summery] page and scroll down, you should see a button that says [RESTORE] click it. It may take awhile if you have alot of stuff but it works.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

I've been running iTunes on WinXP for years with few problems. I have all my iTunes files on an external USB drive. I just bought a new PC running Win7, 64-bit.
I connected the external USB drive to the new PC and installed 64-bit iTunes on it. When iTunes started up, I pointed it at the iTunes directory in the external drive, using Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media Folder Location. It showed a progress bar that it was updating the iTunes Library. I signed in and authorized the new machine. I have one spare authorization.
Then iTunes put up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one.
When I click OK, the iTunes Store page remains blank, apart from saying "iTunes Store" in the middle of the page.
I went to "View My Account" and pressed the Reset button to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading items", but that doesn’t fix this particular warning. I also tried Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings and Rest Cache.
But still, every time I click the “App Store” button in the iTunes Store window, the message appears. If I click the Books, Podcasts or iTunesU buttons, these display normally. So I’m stuck with being unable to purchase apps, other than through my iPad and iPhone.
If I move the external drive back to the XP machine, the same thing happens. If I go to another PC - a notebook running Vista - everything is normal.
Any idea how I can clear that message?

I have tried re-validating my credit card, which apparently fixed it for some.
I have also tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing again.
Neither of these steps fixed the problem.

The Facebook app - or do you mean the Facetime app? The Facetime app will show all of the incoming phone calls if you are using the iPad for iPhone Cellular Calls. Settings>Facetime>iPhone Cellular Calls>On.

Connect the iPod to your syncing compuyer and restore the iPod via iTunes on your computer. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter it, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod. For recovery mode see:

You should contact AppleCare if you don't remember the answers. Depending on a few factors, they might be able to reset those security questions so you can choose new ones and continue using your Apple ID like you were used to.
That's really the only solution if you're sure you don't remember any of the answers.

Hacked iTunes account - unpaid for stolen goods - how will Apple clear that

Hi,
my iTunes was hacked a month ago. Apple has done nothing, not even responded to my "Report a problem" on all the apps that were stolen through my account.
there is about $30 owing on my iTunes account. I am not going to pay for someone else's apps. Now I can't download ANYTHING from iTunes till it's paid.
Anyone else had this problem, or received this level of NO SERVICE from Apple?
Does anyone know of anyother provider for apps that work on iPhones seeing as I can't use iTunes?

I assume you've changed your Apple ID password. If not, you should do that ASAP, or else as soon as you fix the account problems, you'll be back in the same situation.

You should go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ and click on one of the relevant billing questions and you'll eventually see some options on the right hand side of the screen for contacting Apple directly. Depending upon when you do it, you may see chat or phone or email options. Keep on trying that until you get chat or phone options. Those guys should be able to help you. The "report a problem" link probably won't get you the sort of resolution you are looking for.

You shouldn't need to. After talking with Apple, you might also want to talk to your credit card company about the best way to proceed.

It took me a while to figure out how to contact Apple customer service (as outlined above), but since then, I've always found them to be pretty helpful and responsive.

I deleted all my email accounts, but there is still 252MB listed as usage. How do I clear that memory?

MMy iPad was saying that I had 6.3GB used by my mail. I cleaned out all my accounts and the usage did not decease, so I deleted all my accounts. This decrased the usage, but with no accounts mail usage is still 252MB. is there a way to clear this memory or is that just overhead? Thanks.

Try resetting the iPad to see if that clears it. If that does not help, perhaps do a backup and then restore the iPad and reload the backup.

It means that you did not deauthorize any of the computers no longer in your possession. You can deauthorize all computers once a year by opening iTunes Store and selecting your Account link under Quick Links. You can then reauthorize your new computer.
