Recently i had filled my Ipod touch with 18 gb songs wen i connected it to my pc with itunes & sync it after sync cant find any songs on i pod & nor on pc

If the music is not on either the iPod or computer then it is gone.

Was the music in your iTunes library before?
Before this sync, did you sync the iPod with another computer/iTunes library?

No. If the photos are in a backup you made already then you can get them back by restoring from backup.
If they are in your PhotoStream you can get them from your stream. See that topic of:

An "other" that large usually indicates that the "other" includes corrupted files. Usually restoring from backup eliminated the corrupted files. However, sometimes restoring to factory settings/new iPod is required.

Why is it my pod touch 4th gen version 4.3.3 won't let me delete some pictures, says total gb is 6.5, and won't let me upgrade the firmware

My iPod touch is version 4.3.3 and recently I was thinking I'm sick of my iPods memory always being full so I can't take pictures. My memory has allowed at max 6.5 gb which is highly annoying so I started by trying to delete photos for room and I deleted about 300 and it didn't allow any more memory so I went to delete 41 more and they wouldn't delete for some reason. So I resorted to upgrading my I.o.s. But when I began downloading it onto my actual iPod an error popped up and it wouldn't let me.
So, my question is how do I get those 41 pictures to delete, make my max capacity of gigabytes higher than 6.5 when it's suppose to have 8, and lastly how can I get my iOS to upgrade?

Ok im going nuts here lol.. I cannot figure out how to take pictures off my computer and put on my ipod touch, can i do this and how? and do i need to install a app on the ipod if so which one?

I'm sure ther are many ways of doing this, but I keep a folder on my Desktop called iPod touch photos. When I want to put a photo on my touch, I add it to that folder and then go into iTunes to sync my touch Photos to that folder.

I have an ipod nano 6th generation. I've added music to my ipod by using the manually manage music option for the ipod that you will see in itunes when you connect your ipod to the computer. Don't click synchronize or you will wipe out all your old ipod music. You should highlight the ipod where it appears in itunes. Then you should check the box for manually manage music.
If you click the arrow on the left of the ipod name in itunes the folders list will open up. If you click on the music folder all the music you have on the ipod should appear.
Next click on the music folder in itunes from which you want to take music. Now you can drag any song from the list onto the ipod.

I bought a brand new i pod touch 4th gen. 16 gb. I have had it for about a week. The screen doesnt work, when i plug it in to my computer itunes recongizes it but still nothing happens with the screen. The screen pops up every so often but then go right back off. i restored it but nothing happened.

Use iPod Touch 4th gen iTunes backup to setup a new iPad Mini 1 - issues

Hi all,
I've just used my Pod Touch 4th gen iTunes backup to setup a new iPad Mini 1 but none of the apps were installed on the iPad mini. Only the default apps are installed.
None of the photos from the camera roll were installed either, apart from a few 'screen shots' I have taken.
iPod Touch is iOS 6.1.6 and the iPad mini is 8.1
There was a warning advising that some of the apps in the iPod backup might not be compatible with the iPad.
If it makes a difference, I'm using one Apple ID for the App store and another one for iCloud. When I was prompted for the Apple ID during setup on the Mini, I entered the iCloud ID.
Interestingly, when I went into the App store on the Mini it showed the ID I use for that rather than the iCloud one, which seemed good.
Is this what I should expect to happen in this situation or am I doing something wrong ?

I've managed to get the apps loaded without having to do it manualy !! :-)
It was a case of RTFM - I forgot to do a 'Sync' after restoring the 4G's iTunes backup into the iPad.
Transfer content from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device - Apple Support
For some unknown reason, the Camera Roll images and Videos still weren't restored to the new device.
This is not too much of an issue because I've exported them out of the 4G using the awesome 'Photo Sync' app. Despite it's name it actually does an 'export'and not a sync, which I think makes image management easier on the PC side
