I posted this question a week ago and received no answer.
Whenever I try to change a sharers status or try to add new sharing members it then prevents my already existing co-authors from editing. They can log in and they are still shown as Co-Authors, but they can't edit. The only way to resolve this is to delete all members and start from scratch by adding them again, sending notification, and having them respond again. Am I going to have to do this every time? Oh, and then they end up with two copies of the project and have to delete one.

We investigated the issue you have mentioned at our end, but the sharing worked for us correctly( Co-authors were being able to edit the document). To get a better understanding of the issue we would like to meet you online sometime in a connect session anytime you suggest.

We Posted This Six (6) Days Ago and Still No Solution That Works!
I posted the following 6 days ago and now I see that many others have the same problem.
I have read and tried most all solutions posted WITHOUT success. I have used Reader for many years
without a single problem until now. I read somewhere on this forum that Microsoft bought Adobe a while
back...if this is true...I have my answer. If this is true that Microsoft bought Adobe a while back...we will
probably get a solution when one is available from Microsoft...but we will probably have to pay for it.
I am not trying to be nasty...only realistic.
Here is my problem:
I am trying to install Adobe Reader 9.2 update.
When I try the install I get the following error:
"Update Failed...cannot install the update. Please run Adobe Reader Repair".
I then run the Adobe Reader Repair and get the following ERROR.
"Error 1402 Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\OpitionalCompo; nents\MSFS.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel"
I am logged in as the administrator on my computer.
I have searched the Internet for instructions but none has helped me correct my above problem.

I use Mozilla Firefox Browser version 3.6..as my broswer.

This is totally incorrect. I followed the suggestion very carefully BUT it did not work. Plus I have tried all other suggestion
that I thought would correct my problem that I have read on this forum... and they did not work.

looking for an "answer" I am looking for a SOLUTION to the problem. I believe that as a loyal Adobe customer we all

Can not use my account, telling me the security code on my credit card is wrong, just update this a few weeks ago, was working fine until last night.

If it happened several weeks ago then probably not. If it happened a day ago, I would suggest to put it in a tub of dry rice to try and suck out all the remaining water. You could even put it in the oven at a VERY low temperature to try and get rid of the water; you would want to make sure it is only in there for a short period of time though.
If your warranty is expired, you could try and take it to Apple and they may help you out. Otherwise, your only option to fixing the problem would be to live without the speakers or take it to Apple to have them replace the speakers. The only issue there is that down the road, you may realize you have other problems with the phone. Other things may start to malfunction and before you know it, you will have spent as much money fixing your phone as you would buying a new one. -
My macbook will not stay on without being plugged in. I had my macbook for about 3 years and the battery had less than 200 cycles on it and the computer suddenly would not stay on unless plugged in (went from holding about 1.5 hr charge to not holding charge at all). I purchased a new battery and this battery has 118 cycles on it. It is doing the same thing. When I unplug it the computer shuts off immediately. It will not stay in sleep mode either. What should I do? I assumed that it was because I tend to leave the computer plugged in so that the cycles stay low, but after only 118 cycles? (and the new battery is less than 8 months old). Could my computer be failing to register the battery? Please help me - I don't want to have to spend another $80 on a battery. (Just so you know, I have removed the battery and made sure the connection is good but this did not help.)
If your problems with the new battery are the same as the old battery, it would seem your Mac isn't charging the battery properly.
Perhaps it's a Magsafe/charger issue.
Read through the power section of this User tip here, try everyting, including the SMU Reset and see if that makes any difference.

No app on the iOS device is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.

I just replaced my iPod 5th gen. a week ago, and it was working fine, but when I went to go turn the screen on, it wouldn't turn on. I've tried to put it on the charger and it wouldn't charge and it wont connect to my computer, how do i fix this? I tried to reset the iPod, by pressing the home and power button but nothing works. It's literally a brand new iPod, I dont know what to do now. Help?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Just make sure you Sync ALL your important Info... Contacts... Music... Etc... to your Computer...
and then do a Restore as New...
i was a bit reluctant at First, because I hadn't done it before... But it was So Easy and am Really Glad I did...

I upgraded a week ago and every since it constantly stops in the middle of running and says "Mozilla Firefox not responding" the screen goes grey and the the little blue circle goes around and around its so annoying and does it all the time like while I'm typing this it has happened twice, it didn't do this till I updated.

My firefox browser is only opening the page to about 10cm deep although it's full screem width. It started doing this about a week ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but it's still too short and I can't drag it to full size, it just pings back. Please help?

I just bought my macbook pro 2 weeks ago and have noticed that when I go to start it up, it takes longer to power up than when I first bought it. Does anyone know why this may be and of a fix for it?
Hi. It could be that the more you pile on the HD, the longer it will take to boot. When I first bought my MBP, it took maybe 30 seconds. But as I began putting more content on the HD, it seemed to take a bit longer to boot. You may also want to consider putting your MBP in sleep mode. That's what I do with mine and it doesn't hurt at all as far as I can tell.

The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list. The App Store which is required to download 10.7 or 10.8 is part of the 10.6.6 update.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.
