I pre ordered an album and when I went to download all it said was purchased and i no i have no email to verify my purchase what do I do????
S I pre ordered and album and it cam out but it was not downloading. When I o to the iTunes Store it just says purchased so i can't download it. I never received and email and I have no idea what to do please help.

I cannot find a store menu when I am on the "Store" screen on my mobile device. I pre-ordered an album and this menu is not anywhere. Is there even a menu on the mobile version? If so, where do I find it?

Check in your iTunes folder on your computer to find the files. If they are there, then drag on top of iTunes to import them in. If they are not there, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If it doesn't show there then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?

How does pre-ordering work? I pre-ordered an album but it wont let me download it. when i went to go download it, i keep getting brought to the billing address page. I thought I payed $7.99 for the album when I pre-ordered it? Can someone please explain how it all works.
You are not charged when you pre-order an item, you are only charged when the item is released - at any time between pre-ordering and release you could cancel the pre-order. If you want to download the album then you will have to put a payment method on your account so that you can now purchase it.

I was told that Pages was a free app by the Apple sales person. However, when I went to download it, it said that I needed Mavericks. So I downloaded it and couldnt find the pages app. So I went to the store to search it and then saw the Pages app for $19.99. So is it free or not?

I pre ordered an album maybe a month ago, and it just came out today. They released some of the songs before hand and I have all 5 of those on my phone. But today when the whole album was released it didn't download to my phone. I went and checked the ITunes store and it said i never bought it even though it did. HELP ME!!

Typically with pre-orders you should have received an email to download your tracks. If you have not received it, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

If you want to download the pre-order then you will need to pay for it, if you don't have a balance on your account that covers it then you will need to enter another payment method - pre-orders are not paid-for at the time of pre-ordering, you are only charged when they are released and you download them.

I experienced the exact same issue a couple weeks ago for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
