I Pre ordered An Album, then i closed the account i used, and got a new one, and entered the new information, yet the songs still won't download. What can i do?
Contact iTunes support - it's possible your purchase didn't go through before you canceled your card or there may be some other issue.

I have been using my iPad to FaceTime. She. I got my new phone I started using facetime on that also. Now I can't get my calls to connect on my iPad. I have tried changing my settings so that only when you call using my email on my iPad and my phone number on my phone and selecting both on both devices and still no help. What should my setting be on for my iPad and my phone so I can FaceTime on either one?
Yes. You are being paranoid.
There is no Fcetime icon on any iphone. You turn it on in settings. Select a contact and scroll down to the facetime button in order to make a facetime call.
You cannot delete or add the app store.
It was likely on another page, in a folder or you have restrictions set.
Don't know what "can't download anything " means. -

If you are using Windows, make sure you got iTune version 10.6.3

I got a new iphone and the apps won't sync.
The message I receive when I try to link the apps via itunes on my iphone is: "Application was not installed on the iPhone because you are not authorized for it on this computer".
I recently had my iphone replaced and had the Main logic board, top case and connector replaced on my MacBook Pro.

phone wont progress from icloud transfer

It sounds like you are restoring your previous phones backup to your new one, but the progress bar appears to be stuck. According to this article:

the process can take from several minutes to an hour to complete. The amount of time depends on the number of files on the device and whether you're erasing, updating, or upgrading your iOS.
If the device has stil not finished the process, I would recommend resetting the device with the following article:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If that does not get the phone booted back to the Lock Screen so you can get to your Home Screen, I would next try putting the device into recovery mode and attempting another restore from that backup:

If you are logged in to icloud with your same Apple ID. Go to setting on your phone>Photos & Camera and turn ON my Photo Stream.

How do I get it back.You are asking a question of a post that was written almost 3 years ago. At that time, there was no FaceTime app for iOS devices.
Try restoring the device to Factory Settings to see if the app shows up (do not restore using a backup):

Move the Mountain Lion version of Airport Utility to the Trash. Airport Utility is located in the Utilities folder.
Kappy, you cannot move AirPort Utility in Mountain Lion to the trash in a normal way. Apple will not let you do this.....It is part of the Mountain Lion operating system....and cannot be modified or trashed. -
Hallo, my AC adapter Mac Book Pro G4 shorted. Got a new one, and the laptop did not react, not even the snooze light came on. Is it possible that it got damaged inside? Which part, in that event, got damaged, and where do I look inside the laptop for which part to replace? Did anyone of you had similar experience?
If you keep getting a 'red' message it means that the HDD is faulty and will have to be replaced. You will have to format the new HDD in Disk Utility>Erase and then install the OSX and your data from Time Machine.

I have purchased actual ringtones from the ITunes store. They were working fine on my Iphone 3 before, but I got a new laptop and the new version of ITunes, and now even though they are listed as ring tones on my ITunes, they will not transfer to my Iphone. (Please do not tell me they are songs and not ring tones, they are definitely RING TONES!) Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
Use the Transfer Purchases command in the File menu of iTunes.

I pre ordered a album and got songs then it came out so itunes sent me a confirmation and it said to go to available downloads and gave link so I did and it did nothing for me and when I went to the album I wanted it said it was purchased so how do I get my music and don't even see available downloads in the iTunes Store

Check in your iTunes folder on your computer to find the files. If they are there, then drag on top of iTunes to import them in. If they are not there, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.
