I preordered Lana Del Rey's Ultraviolence album weeks ago with a $25 card and was left with $10 in my account. So I get an email saying that Ultraviolence was ready download. I go on iTunes and I have to buy it again, wth?!?!?! I have the receipt number and everything. Why do I have to buy it again? I signed in and out of my account to see if it would make a difference but nothing changed. Oh and this wasn't the first time this happened. I was jus dumb enough to purchase the album again when it came out. Did I just get ripped off?

What happens when you try to download the album, and how are you trying to download it ?
You aren't charged at the time of pre-ordering, only when it is released - you are only charged for items when they become available (e.g. if tracks were released ahead of the actual album then you would be charged for those tracks), between pre-ordering and release you could cancel the pre-order so you can't be charged until release.
Have you checked the purchase history on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 ?
If the album shows on your purchase history then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, and/or does it show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the store homepage for downloading ?

Strange, it is now working again, I can't think of anything I have changed. - I uninstalled nspluginwrapper and re-installed it, re-booted and that didn't seem to make any difference but just clicked on a video and it played fine with sound. This has been happening to me as well with an iPad 3 running iOS 8.1. This is what I do and it works for me. Toggle the setting for Multitasking Gestures off and then on again, Settings>General>Multitasking Gestures>Off. Then toggle it on again.
I have to repeat the sequence from time to time as I have not found a permanent fix. I think that iOS 8 is by far the buggiest iOS release that I have used since I have owned an iOS device.

It's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. I have a HP Compaq laptop that i am running with Windows Vista, which I use when travelling. A while ago, I believe on an update, to either windows or itunes, it stopped running iTunes and comes up with the error : Runtime Error: R6034 - An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
I have a reasonable amount of tunes stored on my laptop, and am unable to ascertain as to whether this fix for allowing itunes to work again will delete my music folder and lose all the tunes i have on my laptop already?
The contents of my music folders on my laptop and iMac are not the same, as they are not synced!
Any help please on this would be appreciated!

Mavericks does really nasty stuff..
Try manually mounting the sparsebundle and extract the files you want.

We have avoided Mavericks you see knowing that it would cause these kinds of issues..
You never ever load a new OS without doing a disk image beforehand.. TM is not reliable enough or trustworthy to be depended on.
If none of the above work..
I would get a USB drive on the computer and install Mountain Lion or whatever OS you had before you unfortunately upgraded to Mavericks.. Then use TM from that decent installation but mount the sparsebundle and choose the backup from a date well before mavericks was installed.
Once you have extracted the files.. or even done a full restore you might be able to extract the files you want.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

If you're in the US, you will be able to use iTunes Match for $25 a year to remove copy protection in a few months: http://www.apple.com/icloud/features/
If you're not, you can't. You can authorise iTunes with the old account in addition to your current account, so all your songs will play, but I'm not sure what will happen if you try to sync them to an iPod.

Hold down on the sleep button and the home button at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Ignore the red slider. When the logo appears let go of the buttons.

I'm getting a similar problem with my Macbook Pro. itunes match was working fine until two days ago when i created another 'user id' for the laptop and then an itunes account for that user under their profile. Now i cant turn on itunes match on my itunes under my user account. Contacted Apple today who said to use the Express Lane and email the problem and they might be able to make an 'exception' on the account. Otherwise I'll have to wait 88 days to access a lot of my music on the macbook pro. itunes match is still working on the iphone 4S and ipad2.
Can anyone help? The only thought was too re-stream the laptop. Ive already tried deauthorising the other user but it made no difference.

Which camera make and model are your Raw files from?
Camera Raw ships with Photoshop and is constantly upgraded by Adobe to keep up with new cameras as they are released to market.
It's likely that your camera requires a version of Camera Raw which is not compatible with your CS5. Or you may simply need to upgrade Camera Raw via Help > Updates in Photoshop.

Your best bet is to go to the Genius bar at an Apple store and explain what happened, perhaps they will replace the iPod. Also, If you bought your iPod with a credit card, check with your card company. Some cards provide Purchase Protection insurance which will replace or repair any item lost, stolen or damaged within 90 days of purchase.
