Photoshop doesn't store pictures, or organize pictures.
Are you confusing the former (offline for over a year) photoshop.com file storage service, or Elements with Photoshop?

If the code you are trying to enter has letters then you are not looking at a serial number. A serial number only contains numbers - 6 sets of 4 numbers.
Find your serial number quickly
You might be dealing with a redemption code. This is especially so if you purchased it from a store or the like.

I am very frustrated and disgusted as I had purchased Elements 13 on Jan 24th and I have tried everything to download it and all to no avail, I have called for support and they were to call me back and still no phone call, I have tried over and over again to follow the directions but still to no avail, IS THERE PLEASE SOMEONE WHO CAN GUIDE ME THROUGH THIS AS I AM ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON ADOBE.

The problem is that download. Try to get an installation disk from Adobe ?
Ps. My wife has used Elements 6 for 5 years without an issue, but, it was installed using the . Adobe Software disk. We found 13 was really not much better..as there was a problem with converting Canon RAW CR2 files to jpeg
If all fails you could return it for a refund which they will honour.. I did it with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 ,which did not have a stabilizer and could not handle anamorphic HD very well.. When the upgrade came it fixed everything and has run perfectly for nearly 5 years.
You should be very pleased with Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, when you get it operating. We have run Photoshop Elements for over 10 years and it is faultless, Nearly as good as ADOBE Photoshop Pro which is easier to use and over 10,000 + images have been processed .
Incidentally, both Yahoo with Flicker, Flickr: bobdixphotographer's Photostream and Google Photos+ (PICASA) Photos - Google+ have inbuilt editors for free, but, there are limitations.

Can't get serial number for Photoshop Elements. I'm logged in. I have a redemption code and also codes on the back of the box. nothing works and am running in circles. I activated my product in August of 2014. I had it a few months, October, when my computer crashed. Therefore I had to go back to Adobe tell them what happened, and then until December I had noticed that it said that I had a trial copy. I was not worried, as I had the serial number. it was working, but in January I got a message that my "trial" copy had expired.
At that time I had contacted Adobe and was told that because it was beyond the 3 months, they would no longer help me.
Therefore, at one point, when the computer crashed, I had not deactivated the program. But Adobe had gotten it working for me again.
I do not know what happened between October and December to have changed the software from a real copy to a trial copy.
Now to your patient questions.
As you wrote, that is what happens to the point of getting the trial copy, but when I follow the process through, I get a message that my "trial copy has expired". When I go the the editor, the whole process loops again, sign in, trial copy, licence page, add serial number, then the message that the trial has expired.
When I got that message the first few times months ago, I went back to the Adobe web site and downloaded another copy. (I have done this numerous times) It still said that I had a trial copy and that it had expired, there is a box to licence this software, when I click that, I have to sign in again, This time I also had gone to the Adobe web site signed in and left it open, while I put in the serial number, hoping that would help (have also tried that before). It waits and then the Editor/Organized box comes up again. When I go to the Editor, it tells me that this is a trial copy which has expired and it starts all over again.
I was so frustrated, that I waited a couple of months to try it again. The thinking was that there was some glitch that would work it self out and I could again down load a clean copy of the original, not a trial. (I do not know how I keep getting a trial copy of PSE 12, as it is not even offered on the site.)
The crazy thing is this morning when I turned on my computer, I had an update for the Adobe PSE 12 and Camera Raw. Probably because I had downloaded a copy again.
When I go the the web site to down load a copy of the PSE !2, I am doing it from the My accounts/ products page and downloads. I have left the web page open to copy the serial number from that page, although it always matches my notes.

So, I got Adobe CC a year ago and I recently downloaded ABOBE CC 2014 at adobes SUGGESTION. When I open After effects it says I only have 4 (and counting ) days left to purchase…………I’m supposed to get it for FREE, right?. It doesn’t happen when I open illustrator and Photoshop CC 2014. Am I doing something wrong? If you’re not the one to contact please refer to the correct person……….the school uses AE CC 2014 so I NEED to have the correct version.

I work for the County and we purchased a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS2 long ago. The person that did the order is no longer here. All I have is the CD Disk that is new but i did not know the key code is. Is there a way to get the keycode for this?
It would not work anyway. The activation servers have been retired and Adobe has provided a new CS2 download along with a new serial number for CS2 owners.

If you're in the US, you will be able to use iTunes Match for $25 a year to remove copy protection in a few months: http://www.apple.com/icloud/features/
If you're not, you can't. You can authorise iTunes with the old account in addition to your current account, so all your songs will play, but I'm not sure what will happen if you try to sync them to an iPod. -
Problems with Photoshop CS2
I originally purchased this software several years ago. At time I was running Microsoft Windows XP.
This computer recently was replaced with a Dell running Windows 8.I reloaded my CS2 on this computer & it ran fine with a few exceptions as follows;
when the software comes up initially I get a message that says “could not complete your request because of program error”. Hitting OK allows me to continue using the software .
When I try to activate a function using CTLR or ALT keys I get this message “required application failed to load and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application”. This causes the application to abort.
Reloading my CS2 continues to generate the same messages when I depress the CTLR or ALT keys.Your original copy is obsolete and Adobe is offering a free replacement you are entitled to. Download and use that and that should clear it up for you.

I have an iMac purchased new about 5 years ago with OS 10.4.11. I would like to upgrade to Lion. I currently have a 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2 GB of ram. Can I upgrade to Lion, and what is the best way to do so?

s long as they already have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed in it.All a person needs to do with that type of iMac is to upgrade/max out their Ram. They claim that an Interl iMac with Core 2 Duo is all that is needed, as long as it has OS 10.6.8 installed. They say you don`t need the "Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor"
But I wonder about the RAM speed, the iMac 2.33Ghz uses DDR2 SDRAM, which I believe is rated at 667Mhz. Lion maybe installed but it might be problems running smoothly or not?
Did some quick checking and the iMacs apple is selling this year use 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM.
The only thing to do is to make sure you have a good back-up, Install your RAM and install Snow Leo, then wait a couple of hours and install Lion.

Yes, it can be true. There is a limit to how far back some versions are available and Acrobat Standard versions especially so. Every once in a while I will say a version is not available and someone will pop up and say otherwise. I can only identify the resources where you can search to see if you can find it. Adobe is moving from the purchase of a license for their software to the renting of it. I'm old school so I'd prefer a perpetual license. But you already have a subscription to Illustrator so I guess it'd be advisable to look into whether expanding the subscription to include other software will save you some money. Also I remember something about Adobe adding features to its Cloud version which aren't also added to the licensed version and a different way of handling updates and upgrades. Indeed, Adobe states that CS 6 has reached the end of the road. So if you're going to stay with Adobe, you may very well be stuck.
I'd suggest spending some time in the Adobe Communities. You'll likely find people complaining about choices they've made that you'll have to make too. Let them be the beta testers. -
when we purchased our mac two years ago, we set up the iCloud account. this past winter I created a new iCloud account thinking I was changing it. I now cannot access anything on the old iCloud acct and my computer hasn't been backed up either in awhile. How do i go back to that old account and delete it so that I can continue backing up on the newest account? I changed it because the original one I created an iCloud account with is a yahoo account email address and I am deleting my yahoo account for being compromised too may times.
Well, you can go to Manage your Apple ID and change the password if you can answer the Security Questions:

If you cannot remember the Security Questions you can contact iTunes Support to reset them for you:

Once you get your password reset and you can access your account info on Manage your Apple ID, you can change your ID. You won't be able to use the same email address that you are using for the new ID unless you change that one to something else. But, if you can get back into your old ID and change it to a new email address, then you can go on using that old ID, and just manually move the iCloud stuff you added to your new ID back onto the old one. Most of the stuff (like Contacts, Calendar, Notes) can be added by logging onto https://www.icloud.com on your Mac and doing it that way (it is a lot simpler when you have an actual keyboard in my opinion)

I purchased Adobe photoshop elements II and Adobe premiere elements II. They are both on one disc. My computer crasded and I had to reload Windows. I only have one serial number and it only works with photoshop II. The same serial number will not work for Premiere. I dont have any other serial numbers. What do I do???

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.

Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
