I purchase the iMovie app for hours ago, why is it taking so long to download.
This app is stuck on half way through, I've downloaded it four hours ago. My software is up to date.
It only downloads as fast as your internet connection allows it to download.

Your Windows license might only be installed on a Mac if you install Windows emulation software.
While it might be possible to swap to the Mac platform, which depends on which version is involved, that means giving up the Windows license. -
Why is it taking so long to download the upgrade from snow leopard v10.6.8 to os X Mavericks?
Because the file is over 5 GBs. If your internet service is slow then it can take a long time - several hours.

If you're doing the full update it's almost a gig of data, take a bit to download that. It usually comes down to your internet connection.

I am facing the same problem. I jsut purchase LR 5 upgrade, and am trying to download it. However, it says it takes 8 hours to download?? I have sufficient disk space, so why is this taking so long? It also says there is approx 504 MB for LR 5...

This may sound strange, but I actually got to the stage of regretting ACR several versions back, because you ended up with nothing to do in Photoshop. Is there a tutorial for the iMovies App for the iPhone?
I cannot figure out all of the features and things that are not there that make to have. In other words, it's not all intuitive. Does anyone have some good tutorial for us to use? Also, is this app it? I mean, are there other features or plug-in's or extensions that I can buy to get more transitions, themes, etc.? How do I fade the audio on the music and get more that 1 song track on there? Can I add a specific song to each video clip? Is there a way to put some text in the middle of clip or just at the end without having a completely different clip? Maybe I am asking too much, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks for the good info. I think I was hoping for a few more features, even though it is pretty nice for a phone app. It would be nice to some additional granularity of control and more options for themes and transitions. Maybe, Apple will consider that as another version/pro version of iMovies/or add-on... hint, hint... wink, wink... nudge, nudge... know what I mean, know what I mean, eh?!?! Yes, that was a reference to Monty Python!

Communicate with iTunes customer service and have them end it
Communicate with the app owner/seller
You can also look into your iTunes settings and somewhere in your account info should be the ability to turn off or choose recurring charges (I've never set any up but have heard people talking about it) -

After trying EVERYTHING this is the ONLY thing that worked-
I took the USB connector cable out of the USB port it was in, and tried another one on the otherside of my laptop and iTunes was able to discover my phone in recovery mode. My phone was reset and everything is fine ( thank gosh for backup copies!) -
My FireFox for Win 8.1 has been updating for 2.5 HOURS. Why is it taking so long.?
After my win 8.1 laptop came out of sleep mode, Fire Fox told me it was running (where and how I do not know) and I could not access it unless I restarted. I shut down and restarted. FireFox asked me to "update" firefox. It has been updating for 3 HOURS. What is going on???

It has taken over 4 hours to download Transformers 2 (non-HD). Is there anything I can do to increase the download time? My internet provider is through ATT U-Verse. Could this be the problem?
This will depend on your network. Also, there is no accessible storage so if the device is turned off or other content accessed the movie will be flushed and require reload.

1080P requires 8mbps for instant stream
720P requires 6mbps for instant stream
Check istumbler.net to verify any interference on the network
Make sure you are on your ISPs DNS (settings - network - configure DNS - automatic) -
