Did you also download Acrobat 9 from the Licensing Website? If you have a volume license for Acrobat 9 Professional, then the installation files are only available at https://licensing.adobe.com/. If you downloaded the installation files for the retail version of Acrobat 9 Professional, that may be why the installer won't accept your serial number.

my internet isn't working anymore, its not the wifi but the actual computer safari and google chrome. Its not loading particular websites, and if it is loading them, they are different to how they use to be. Computer was slow yesterday as well and took about 4 hours to finally be able to shut down and close everything. Does anyone know how to fix this? Im going into exams and need my internet to work

There is an app I want to purchase for my iphone , but can't find it on the app store from my MacBook Pro. I have credit on the Mac Book, but can't see it from iphone.
Are you checking from within the Apps section of iTunes on your computer? Is there a reason you can't download it directly to the iPhone?

To get rid of "pop-up ads and other crap on my computer when I am on the internet", click on Safari in the Menu bar, and select Preferences. Next select Extensions. Delete all of them. Restart Safari.

Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

I've can't open any applications on my Mac ! I tried to delete some files from safari (history) and then none of the apps including iphoto, safari, mail, facetime. I don't know how to fix it, help ? any idea ?
Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output andWi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test. -
I have attempted to update a few apps and the install has frozen on 'waiting' not allowing me to either access the app or delete it, any idea why this has happened and how do I get around it?
See if either of these things works for you. In the future ... Only update one app at a time. Forget that the Update All button even exists. It causes more problems than it does good - IMO.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream. -
I wanted to cancel my annual subscriptions but could not, now I realize I have been billed. I need a refund and credit card information removed to prevent this. I am really disaPpointed thought someone would have written me first instead of my credit card just being automatically debitted. I really cannot afford this right now, I find itune is doing an in justice.

Hi, I upgraded my girlfriend's iPad 2 using my iMac, however, her iPad was sync with her PC. Although I've made backup earlier, when I restore from backup the apps doesn't sync back, neither her documents on pages. How can I put then back to her iPad?
The backup saves many settings, but it copies photos and other files from the computer back to the iPad after IOS5 wipes the disk. Plugging it into her computer will re-sync it.
