I purchased 2 albums on iTunes store 2 days ago. Now I discovered that albums are not downloaded. Money has been paid. What should I do to download songs I paid for ?
If using a computer's iTunes then try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option, or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and see if they show for downloading there. If using an iOS device check to see if they show in the Purchased tab in its iTunes store app for downloading

I have somewhat of a similar problem. After iTunes last update, I am missing some of my purchased files of music,ringtones, and TV shows. Possibly movies, but just thought of that and did not look yet. Seems everytime there is an iTunes update, something happens, but usually an easy fix by just deleting music files from CD's that I loaded onto iTunes and no longer recognized after an update and reload from the hard drive. This time I do not have a current back up of all the music, ringtones, and tv shows I have purchased.
So I am also wondering how can I redownload purchases without being charged when there is no file left on the hard drive. It just stays listed in iTunes though. -

just call them...i bought my PB when it came out...but I had an issue recently and called them up and they helped me out....

I no longer have the PC that had my CD library and purchased music on iTunes. I am now on another PC and managed to download my purchased iTunes music etc. Is there a way on iTunes that I can get back my old CD music library without ripping again ? Earlier back up is corrupted. Thank you in advance. No longer have my old iPod but getting new one.
If you had the hard drive from the original machine, a backup of the same, an iPod with the media, or a subscription to iTunes Match then there would have been hope, but alas no.

My Windows PC has lost some music files I purchased in iTunes. If I try to use iTunes to restore them it just shows that they are already downloaded. How do I reclaim them?

Cannot download OSX Maverick? My current system is Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and even when logged into the app store I'm getting the message that I can not download at this time. Try Later?
Are you connected via wifi? If so, and it is an option, try connecting using a ethernet cable. It sometimes seems to help as it can give a more reliable connection for the 5.3gb download.
If you do manage to download it you may want to make a copy of the installer file - which gets downloaded to the Applications folder - before running it as it self-deletes on successful installation. It may save you another monster download in the future. -

Any iPhone that lists the same email will receive the same texts. This has to be changed in order to stop receiving on all devices. -
My purchased section is not recognizing an album I purchased on my iPhone 2 days ago. iTunes 11 issue? My phone shows the purchase but iTunes does not see it. I have gone to Store: Check for Available Downloads. Nothing. I would love to listen to this album on my iMac today, not my phone.
By purchased section do you mean the section for re-downloading via the iTunes store homepage, or the purchased section of your library ? I think that the purchased section of your library only shows purchases made on that computer, so it may necessarily show there, it may just be under Music if you've copied it over from your phone.
If you mean the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage then does any of your music purchases show there (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) ? If no music shows there then you should be able to copy it over from your phone to the music part of your library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. If other music purchases show there then you are signed in with the same account as you purchased it with, it's still in the store, and it's not hidden (hiding and unhiding) ?
If you are in a country where music can be re-downloaded then you can turn on automatic downloads via the Store tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) so that new purchases on your phone automatically download on your Mac -
Unknown Album for iTunes Store purchase
I purchased an album a couple of days ago, after I updated to iTunes 11.0.1. When the album downloaded, it shows up in my iTunes library as "unknown album", even though the album title is shown in the iTunes Store receipt. I was hoping to just re-download the album but apparently that is not possible. I have searched the help web site but can't find an answer. Can anyone help?

Ok. So my iTunes started acting up a few months ago. ALL of the songs I purchased from the iTunes store stop in the middle of the song and then go back to the begining (I keep it on repeat one song by the way). Please help!!! (Windows 7) I would really like to hear my songs all the way through, but I can't . I tried the "Convert Protected ACC files to Purchased ACC files fix" but it DIDN'T work. I don't know what to do. It does it when I transfer the music onto my Classic too.

When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.
