i purchased a 2 in apps for a certain game...i only received 1 for infact i paid for the 2... i checked my history of purchased and it was charged.. both.. how is this? how can i redeem the other in apps purchsed?

Try contacting the app developer. You can pull up the app in the App Store, then tap the App Support button to pull up their site.
If they aren't much help, you can try to contact Apple.

I have never seen an app similar to what you have purchased which was not just "pay-once". I think Google Translate does the same thing for free even.

No, you don't have to ReBuy that iOS app for the Mac. The Mac uses a different App, but it has the same name. Purchase the Mac-specific app from the Mac App Store.

I purchased the ESPN Radio App last year. Now it shows that it is incompatible for my Droid X.
I need to know if you can see it in the market on your phone, or if it shows compatible with your Droid X in the web market. I also need to know what version your Droid X is installed on your X.
I do know that a factory reset may clear up this issue, but I would like confirmation from other people that they can see it, because if I do the factory reset, if I can't install it afterwards, I will be pretty upset. It does work for the most part (it does get into a restart the phone mode on somedays, restarting the phone 3-6 times, but other days it works flawlessly) , but AirKast updated it to 3.0 recently, and I would like the updated app. In fact, any AirKast radio app shows incompatible, and AirKast finally answered one of my tweets to them. Their customer service sucks. I have sent emails from 3 different email accounts, tweets, and they finally asked what the problem was when I tweeted to one of their customers saying that I could not install their app. They claim that it should not be a problem. This is why I am trying to collect information.

One more thing to consider is that occasionally apps are removed from the App Store for whatever reason. You can connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync with and "Transfer Purchases" from your iPad to the computer. That way each app will be backed up on the computer should you want to retrieve it.

If you mean that is one persone purchases an app it appears on all device then on each device go to Settings>Store and turn off automatic downloads.

I would delete it and redownload it. If you signed into the same iTunes account that originally purchased the any app you will not be charged again.

I just purchased the "Deutche TV" app for my ipad2, installed it and then saw a whole list of German channels. I chose 5 of the channels and then clicked on one or two to view their program, but nothing happened and I could not view anything. Please help!!

In iTunes start with *Store > Check for available downloads*. If it doesn't come through, try buying it again. If your previous attempt was successful you will be told that you've already purchased the app, but can download it again without charge. This only applies to Apps by the way, don't attempt to repurchase media, but instead use the "report a problem" link in your purchase history.

Problem updating apps for OS5 due to switching apple ID name for icloud

I had to change my Apple ID name to be able to sign up for iCloud. Now when trying to update my iPhone/iPad apps for OS5, certain apps won't update because it's showing my old Apple ID associated with them. How do I change my ID associated with those apps? I'm signed into iTunes with my new ID and certain apps are being updated and show my new ID. Any suggestions.

I changed my Apple ID because I was having problems with the email address associated with it. Now I can't update any of the apps downloaded with the original ID. I can't get back to the original ID because it says it's locked for security reasons. How can I find out which apps were purchased with that ID? How can I keep from having to pay for them again-some were quite expensive? You can't talk to anyone on the phone to explain your frustration. HELP!!!

you can use all the apps with 3G,certain games might ask for a wifi connection to play online games. only when you want download new apps more that 50MB and when you want to update your IOS or back up your phone in icloud, you will need a wifi.

Did you select that app and tell iTunes to sync it over to your iPad ? To sync apps from your computer, connect the iPad to it and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (on iTunes 11 on a PC you can enable the sidebar via control-S), and then use the Apps tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select which apps that you want on your iPad

As long as the app remains in the store then you should also be able to redownload it (as long as it's compatible with iPads) directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app.

I downloaded a free Merriam-Webster Dictionary app for use on my iphone 5. I thought I followed the download process properly, but cannot see that the app is launched on my phone. I have checked my phone for 'updates' and the app is listed among the ones I have purchased. I clicked on it and it began installing, however, it still has not launched. I get a message screen to sign in with my Apple ID, which I tried, and I get the message that I have purchased this app and it will download. When I try to sign in, I get the message that it can't connect to the itunes store and to retry. I've done that several times without any luck...not sure where else to look for the 'working' app. I did try re-booting the phone...even did a 'hard reset' to no avail...help?
