Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library and then download again from your purchased history. If the problem persists, or that facility is not available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

Try using the manual method of syncing. You can only sync music and vides from other than your one syncing computer if you use the manual method. The manual method is included here:

  • Purchased albums only playing the first 2m51s of each song!

Hi, all of a sudden, on certain of the albums that I've purchased through iTunes, only the first 2m51s of each song will play (either on the MAC through iTunes direct, or on my IPod). This didn't happen when the albums were first purchased and doesn't happen on all albums that I've bought through iTunes. Not sure how to fix the problem though. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

  • How can I completely delete an app, so it won't even be listed in the app store under purchased items? And I will stop being prompted to make updates even though I've removed it from my iPad?

Once an app is deleted from an iOs device, you will no longer be prompted for updates. Update alerts only occur for apps curently installed.
Purchases can be hidden (but not completely deleted) from the purchased list, but only using itunes on a computer.

  • HT201272 I just purchased an album and only 5 songs fully play out of 15 songs. Is there any way of fixing this problem without having to repurchase this album?

I just purchased an album and I cannot get all the songs to play. I was wondering if there was some sort of simple fix or do I have to repurchase this album?

Could be a corrupt download of those particular songs...
If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
    Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank power On again in the normal way.] It is absolutely/appsolutely safe!

  • I preorders the 5sos album and it says I have to pay for it even though I already payed for it

    I can't download a album I preordered

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and select that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded. If not, check the Purchases area of the iTunes Store and you may be able to download the tracks there:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519
If you can't find or can't download them there, go here:

to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

  • I just bought a used MBA 2013. The name of the first owner appears in every place, even after I erased everything from him in the machine. A clean install would help? Will I lose I Life?

If I make a clean install of the MacOS, will I lose I Life?
Is it possible to erase all information from the previous owner of the MBA?

  • Can't purchase full album, can only get songs individually

I am connected to iTunes via the wifi on my iPod touch, and when trying to purchase an album it won't let me buy the full album it only let's me buy each song individually. The $12.99 button does nothing when I hit it, but the $1.29 button for each song works. The album has 18 songs so is a waste of money to do each song individually. This happens with every album I try, not just the album that I specifically want. I know the problem can't be with payment because I have just over a $23 balance from gift cards I have redeemed. Also purchasing music through the wifi on my iPod touch is my only option as my desktop computer crashed so I have no other way to put new music on my iPod. Any ideas, comments, solutions????? Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I can't purchase or even sign on to my account. I keep getting the "time out" error.
I did get the following response iTunes:
I understand your concern that you cannot connect to the iTunes Store.
As a result of overwhelming demand this holiday season--demand that surpassed even Apple's expectations--the iTunes Store is currently experiencing response times that are slower than normal.
During this time you may not be able to sign in to your account on the iTunes Store. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later. Thank you for your patience.
    Sincerely,

However, I just got an iPod and so far I'm not very impressed. They should have been prepared for this problem!

  • In Pages, How can I get headers and footers to show up on more than the first page of each section?

In Mountain Lion, I considered myself a fairly expert user of Pages. Since "upgrading" to Mavericks, I can't get even basic things to work anymore. My current problem is that the headers and footers are only showing up on the first page of each section. A related annoyance is that if I copy the information in a header or footer, all the associated formatting disappears when I paste it. But the first problem is the one that matters — headers and footers that only show up on one page sort of negate the whole point of headers and footers.

If you click the link I posted previously, it takes you right to the Pages community.

  • Why does only the first movement of a symphony play?

I have all of Mahler's symphonies on Itunes. I try to play them on my Ipod and the first movement of each symphony plays and then it shuts off as if the album is done. Any ideas what I did in loading these CDs onto Itunes that could cause this?
    In case you're wondering:
Each symphony is listed as an album, with each movement as a track of that album. The disk of symphony #1 says "disk 1 of 13". Part of a compliation: No. Include when shuffling: No.
    Thanks for any help.

The Apple guy told me yesterday that you have to RECORD it first.
Start from the first slide and go thru all of them.
    Then they will playback.

  • How to capitalize the first letter of each  word in a sentence?

Can anyone please explain how to split a sentence at a comma, or space or hyphen in to words and capitalize the first letter of each word. But I don't know how many words the sentence contains.

    HI,
data : begin of itab occurs 0,
             words(40),
             end of itab.
    data : v_sentence(1000).
    data : lv_firstchar.
split v_sentence at ',' into table itab.
    loop at itab.
    translate itab-words+0(1) to upper case.
    modify itab index sy-tabix.
    endloop.

  • Is there a command to capitalize the first letter of each word?

That is to say, can you capitalize the first letter of each word in a document like say, word? Or using the net?
    Thanks guys.
    (hope that makes sense.)

Select the text, then Format->Change Case->Title Case (Word 2004).

  • I purchased an entire album and only two of the songs download; the other is "in cloud" why?

I purchased an entire album and only 2 of the 3 songs downloaded.  The other is "in cloud" and won't download.  When clicked on, it reads this this computer already associated with an apple id.  All songs bought together, at same time, don't understand!  Why is this happening?

If only one track on the album is throwing that message, that suggests the track is damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
