I purchased a book through iBooks and it's a bad download
I purchased 50 shades of grey and there are many repeat pages (5-6) in a row. Then it goes to the next chapter never finishing the sentence/ paragraph. How do I contact the proper people so that it does not continue with other people.
You can redownload your purchases by following instructions here:

I was suppose to buy an audiobook but ended up buying the book which I thought was the audiobook. Since I'm having to purchase 2 books(and I only need the audiobook) can I get a refund on the book? How exactly does that work? Or does that work at all?
Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
Or you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
it tells me to go to iTunes support.com, I tried going to iTunes support and wasn't getting anywhere. I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again, tried different apple accounts, different payment types and nothing is working.
If you are getting a message to contact iTunes support then you can do so via this link and ask them for help (on these forums we won't know why the message is appearing) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I have purchased a book through ibook, but won't let me download it onto iphone6
The cloud shows in the corner, and when I click it nothing happens. The book will not download.
Hello Rudyann,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Take a look at the article linked below, it describes a few reasons why you may be running into the issue downloading the book with the cloud icon in iBooks.
iBooks: Tips for managing your iBooks library and storage on iOS devices - Apple Support
Note: Whether you set iBooks Sync Collections to ON or OFF, if you delete a book that you didn't purchase from the iBooks Store, the book can't be downloaded again from either your Purchased Books collection or by using the cloud icon. You might not be able to download previous purchases from the iBooks Store for a variety of reasons (including if your purchase was refunded).
Cheers,

I've purchased numerous books through the itunes store in which I was able to read. Now I'm unable to open some of the ibooks that I've purchased, I get an error message...book formate error, delete and redownload, which I've done numerous times with negative results. What are my options?
within the receipt that Apple sent to you via email is a Report a Problem link. use that link to report your issue.
also you could try a basic reset and see if that resolves your issue. hold down the Lock button & Home button at the same time for ~15 seconds, the iPad should then perform a reset. -

I purchased a book through iTunes. I then synced my iPad and went to iBooks. I clicked on the book and it shows downloading but that has been going on for almost two hours and i still can't open the book. What gives? I have done this before no problem.

I bought a book from iBooks and was half way through then I returned it to my library. When I went to my library and tried to open it again it would not open. What do I do?
There are a few things that you could try :
Close the iBooks app completely. From the home screen double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iBooks app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
You could also try deleting the book and re-downloading it. -

I downloaded a book through iBooks on my iPad and it's not allowing me to view it, any suggestions.
If the book won't open then try deleting it from the bookshelf and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app and see if you can open that.

I made a purchase of books through the program, with the money as I was cleared for two purchases and I did not have books
This morning, I did a power down and reboot of the I-Pad, that got the "Please Wait" resolved. I then tried clicking on the additional picture set and it did download and install, so the problem is now resolved.

I purchased an iBook and when I try to download it I get sent in a circle. Message pops up that it's already been purchased & I need to go to store to download but it never downloads, stays in pause mode. I have been charged for the book but can't retrieve it. I've successfully purchased books before without trouble.very frustrated
Hi Peggs,
Try this:
Open your iBooks app on your iPad
Select the Store Button at the top
Select Purchased at the bottom
You will see your AppleID on the right at the bottom, then Redeem, then Support
Click on your Apple ID, and when the AppleID window comes up with the options, Sign Out
Then Sign In again and try redownloading your book
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
