I purchased a MaBook Pro about a month ago. I could send an email and forward one also but now neither of them work!
I can't send new messages or forward emails. I was able to at first but not anymore. Don't know if I changed a setting. Coming from PC about a month ago.

I have a similar issue, in that I mean, I have configured yahoo and gmail. The sync - receive and send is erratic. I also have an ipad and iphone5. I get messages faster on those devices than here. Sometimes connection to yahoo errors out. Tech support say that this works well only if the yahoo account is a "paid" one. Whew !! I have used the connection doctor , shown on the link above, but it only gets you to a certain point.

I purchased my macbook pro about two months ago. I had no issues with it what so ever. This morning i took it off the charger because it was fully charged because it showed the green light. When i came back home i turned my computer back on , entered my password and it shut off . i tried turning it back onbut it wont turn back on and neither woul it charge . If it does not work, take the MacBook Pro to an Apple Store or reseller. You will get the MacBook repaired for free -
My icloud emails arent arriving most of the time and a few days ago my iphone and ipad started showing "Can't Get Mail" box. This has not happened before since I set up the iclud email address with the purchase of my ipad about a month ago.
That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it... -
Tried updating my itunes about a month ago, it would not update properly and left me with a notification saying "i tunes was not installed properly, please reinstall itunes" i've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and still nothing.
i might need walked through on a few things if they are too complicated.Have you:

I purchased my MacBook Pro 2 years ago in Okinawa. I recently moved to St Louis. When using the "find my Mac" App, it still says my Mac is in Okinawa. How do I get it to accurately show my Mac is now in St Louis?

I inherited an iphone 4 from my daughter 1 month ago. I updated, upon prompt on phone, to ios 7 and lost the ability to send MMS to any phone other than an iphone.

Then wait a few minutes and see how much battery time is remaining. If it is still low, then try disabling Bluetooth and WiFi (turn the services off completely) to see if that changes the calculated battery life at all.

It's really frustrating cause I'm a graphic designer, and this is afecting my work so much, I recently changed to mac, because "it's so much better" but now i'm starting to think otherwise.

I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 about 6 months ago. I want to install it to my new computer which is a Macbook Pro with no CD Drive. How do I install it when I got it in CD form?
I doubt the license is affecting the performance - it might be a case of the software being too old for the machine.
In any case, you can contact Adobe support thru chat and have them reset your activation count to eliminatre your doubts regarding the license.

Somce an update about a month ago, iTunes no longer shows which songs on a particular album I've previously purchased. Does anyone know why? For example, I purchase a number os songs fro Glee individually. When a new compilation album comes out, iTunes used to indicate which ones I've already purchased. Now it doesn't.

about a month ago, Mavericks had an automatic update. I have a Windows 7 partition bootcamped on my macbook pro. Before the update, everything was fine. Now, when I attempt to start Windows partition, as soon as I touch the keyboard or mouse the screen goes black and I can't go any further. I have tried to re-load the bootcamp drivers and try again. It does the same thing. Any help would be great.

The following steps may resolve your issue:
Apple TV: Basic troubleshooting

If your TV screen appears fuzzy or black (you see no video)
Make sure the television you are using supports the Apple TV resolution requirements. Please see the Apple TV technical specifications.
When you connect power, check to make sure the LED turns on. If the LED is not on, then verify with a known good power outlet or connect something else to the outlet you're using for Apple TV and make sure it works (such as a lamp or clock).
Make sure you're using the correct video cables and that they are connected firmly to Apple TV and to your TV.
Connect the HDMI cable directly into the Apple TV and your television, remove any third party devices or adapters.
Make sure the input setting you've selected on your TV matches the input you have your video cables connected to. See the documentation that came with your TV for more information.
Change the Apple TV resolution by pressing and holding the Menu and Up button for six seconds. The Apple TV will automatically cycle to the next resolution at approximately 20 second intervals. Pressing the Selectbutton will immediately cycle to the next resolution.
If you are connected via HDMI, try unplugging and replugging your HDMI cable.
If HDMI isn't working on an Apple TV (1st generation), try component cables instead (and disconnect the HDMI cable temporarily). Read more about HDMI vs component video.
