I need your expert advice to proceed. I bought apple TV and it works fine with my iPad and iPhones also fine with itune of my Mac Book Pro BUT I am not seeing setting which says "Airplay Mirroring" in system preference -> Display at all.
I checked my mac serial number and it shows the model as below. As far as I understood this feature should be there from 2011 onwards.

Try rebooting your iPhone (holding the home button and sleep/wake button together until the apple logo appear)

Select one of the songs in question and right click, then select "Get Info". On the main dialog page you should see where iTunes thinks the file resides. Then use Windows Explorer to see if the file is actually there. If not, find out where your music is stored.If there is not a correlation between iTunes and reality, go into iTunes and delete all of the files which are not found. Then, in iTunes, select File->Add Folder to Library and select where the music is stored. iTunes will re-add all of the music into your library.

HT2173 iMac G5 2005. It lights up when the power is pressed but then goes off again with a second or two and then nothing happens . Any body knows whats happening? Please help.

Please can any help me. My iMac G5 2005 version has just pack up on me. When I press the start button the front light comes on and then disappears within a second and it then goes quiet and nothing happens. Can any body help on what to do or explain what's going on. Check the Recently Deleted album. Deleted photos will reside there for up to 30 days. This allows all those people who accidently delete photos to recover them, something they couldn't do before. To actually free up the space you might have to delete the photos in the Recently Deleted album.

When I purchase music through iTunes from my MacBook Pro, my iPhone 4 iTunes app cannot detect those purchase to allow them to download to my phone. If I open up the iTunes app and select "purchased > music > not on this iphone" it tells me "All of your available music has been downloaded to this device." However, my purchases are not yet downloaded to the iphone and not available to download. If I go to "purchased > music > all > recent purchases" it will show me the purchases that were most recent the last time I synced my phone, but not the purchases since then.
Any thoughts on how I can remedy this and make all of my purchased music available on my phone without requiring syncing?

So I have been searching the iStore for Airplay and I find lots of information about what it is, but nothing about how much it costs, how/where to buy it, etc.?
Fortunately, AirPlay does not cost anything as it is a streaming protocol used by Apple. Currently, the AirPort Express and Apple TV are AirPlay-ready. A number of other companies, like JBL, iHome, Denon and Klipsch are also rumored to be working on AirPlay versions of their products.
Your other option would be to get an AirPort Express and connect it to your Onkyo analog or optical digital audio input and stream from iTunes that way. I currently do this with my 10+ year old Harmon Kardon HT receiver.
