I purchased a new keyboard and the volume keys won't work now. How can I fix this?
I recently purchased a keyboard, with the numbers to the side, and now the volume keys won't work on the keyboard. Do I need to reset something?

Use recovery mode
Recovery mode erases your device and restores it, which should resolve the issue. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to restore from your backup after recovery.
Turn off your device. If you can't turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time and wait a few seconds for it to turn off.
Plug the device's USB cable into your computer only.
Hold down the device's Home button as you connect the USB cable to it.
When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 one more time.
iTunes should open and display a message such as: "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
Use iTunes to restore your device.

how do i fix my ipod?
its screen is white and my lock button does not work i can sometimes bearly see the screen which hepls me find my assistive touch. My friends have told me to put it into recovery mod, but this will not work because of the lock button being broken.Place the iPod in recovery mode using this program:

Every time I try to sign on it says that ichat lost the connection to the AIM account and the server connection was unexpectedly lost. How can I fix this?

For the Port Changes (or server names in some cases) you have to be logged out to make changes on the Server Settings pane.

Okay so my IPod touch 4 won't play music through any headphone I put into the port. I've tried it with 4-5 different headphones but it still won't work. How can I fix this? This isn't the first time something like this has happened but it has never stayed this way for such a long time. If I have to send it in for repairs I will but I'm not sure if its under warranty

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.

Used Migraton Assist to transfer data from old Dell PC onto new Macbook Pro. Data has come across but cannota access the User Account from the Dell. It is displayed on the desktop of the Mac but is requesting and new password. Before we can reset the password we have to put in the old password. We have put in the old password but it doesn't work and therefore we can't reset the password and get into the User Account.
How do we get around this problem so that we can access the User Account.
Although the data has transferred we cannot see our contacts transferred from Outlook into Mail. We are wondering if they are contained within our User Account, but can't find out until we can access the it?
Help wold be much appreciated.

Hello, I have a Macbook Pro 15' Mid 2012,
Suddenly I opened my laptop and this happened. As you can see all the WHITE Color turned into YELLOW. I've tried knowing whether this is a software or hardware issue. I think it's a software though.

It sounds like the white sections of webpages have a yellow tint to them.
I want to recommend a few things here. First try booting to safe boot with this article:

Shut down your Mac.

Turn on the computer.

Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
After resetting NVRAM or PRAM, you may need to reconfigure your settings for speaker volume, screen resolution, startup disk selection, and time zone information.
And I would also suggest changing your resolution to see if that helps the situation.

If I restart my laptop or my Desktop, both with MS OS, my email, AT&T Yahoo, Firefox browser, will allow the attach feature, for photos to work for a few photos. The when I click to attach another photo, nothing happens. At first I was trying to attach several photos at once. That didn;t work at all. Then I tried attaching one at a time. I thought I had solved the problem because that will work if I retart first. But then not. This is a problem that could make me go back to using IE. I need to be able to attach photos! By the way, I didn;t have this problem before I upgraded to v4.0.If you have problems with updating then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

I just tried to update my iPhone 4 to 7.1 and for some strange reason the phone wouldn't update then wanted me to restore it... (Figures!) But my lock button no longer works so holding the home button and the lock button is a option I have to rule out. I have no way to repair my phone myself. What can I do?
