I purchased a 12 month Photoshop CC from McShark in Vienna. I have tried a number of times to enter the pass code on the back of the card, but the system will not accept my card but says it is not activated. As a result I am not able to download Photoshop which I purchased on 17 December

CC is Creative Cloud subscription software there is no pass code. You need to have a subscription. To Activate Photoshop you would install Photoshop CC or newer CC 2014. Start Photoshop and use menu Help>Sign In. Then enter your Adobe User ID that has the subscription and also enter your Password... Or you can download The Creative Cloud Desktop Application start it and sign in then use its Application installer to install Photoshop it will install activated. It take quite a bit of time for Photoshop download is near 1GB.

If it's saying that it hasn't been activated properly then are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? I tried restarting the phone several times, removing the SIM card several times, but it did not change anything, the SIM is still not detected.

If you're using iTunes 11 click on the box icon in the top-left corner to see the " Show Menu Bar "
and from the Menu Bar select Store...

What's the actual error message that you are getting, that the card hasn't been activated or that the code is invalid ?

My prepaid 12 month creative suite membership says it can be used on up to 2 computers, and I have installed one copy on my desktop computer. When I get on to my laptop, where I would like to install my second copy, it says that the serial number has already been used. How do I go about getting the software on my laptop as well?
