I Purchased a sac of gens from clash of clans and i didnt get my gems at all im still getting billed but i got nothing i tried contacting itune support and havent gotten a answer back i just sent them another request for help but im the mean time i would like to lnow if theres an answer on how to solve this problem while i wait again

Make sure Restrictions is not enabled.
Settings > General > Restrictions
If it's not a restrictions issue, you can report a problem to Apple > How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store purchase

Yeah dont connect it to anything electrical since it is wet! Lie it on a towel with controls face down. Then let it sit for a few weeks for it to dry. THen after this time it may be back to some norm. But likely it will be damaged for good because you got it wet. Also getting your ipod wet is not covered in the warranty.

You are still going to have to resolve it with iTunes support. Have you logged in with the Apple ID and password? This is an inapp purchase, you should not have any trouble explaining that to iTunes.

You need to talk to clash of clans first. The game should have a support link.
If they can't/won't help you then you turn to iTunes support.
There seem to be a lot of issues with in app purchases in this game because not a day goes by that someone doesn't post a thread asking something similar.

I have gone through the list - home sharing is set correctly on both iTunes and my Apple TV. The userid is correct on both.
Message "Loading prodrigu's library" and then "Could not connect to prodrigu's library".
I had this same problem when I installed the REMOTE application on my ipad. Everything on the list was affirmative, but had the same problem not being able to connect to my iTunes.
What is missing? Is there a firewall setting that could be causing this?

I don't mean to be facetious but sometimes the simplest things are overlooked. To connect to your library you have to have the computer where the iTunes library is located running and with iTunes open. It also needs to be on the same network. My network is dual band and works with either stream but a friend of mine does not. He has to set the computer and the Apple TV to the same band. Hope this helps.

How do I purchase a bag of gems from Clash of Clans?

I just put 10$ in my apple account. I had 21 cents prior, my total is $10.21 now.
The bag of gems (1200 gems) is 9.99
I have enough money to purchase this bag of gems from Clash of Clans.
I press 'Bag of Gems -1200-' and it goes black and white then gives me a box that says 'Confirm Your In-App Purchase'
I press 'Buy' because yes I want to buy this bag of gems.
Then it gives me a window that says 'Insufficient Store Credit Remaining' and redirects me to the payment-method page
Where I sign in, confirm that it's a gift code and that I do in fact have enough store credit remaining
To which is remains adament in telling me I don't.
Someone please tell me whats going on before I rip my hair out.

You may also have to pay applicable sales tax on the in-App purchase.

This is a case for the iTunes Store Support:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

Your device is stolen. Sorry, it's likely gone. and your warranty is for manufacturer's defects to something you no longer own. You could always contact Apple and see if they'd refund the money, however I think that's doubtful. Your device is gone and the warranty with it.
If you're thinking that your warranty will cover theft and Apple will provide you with another device, no. Won't happen. The warranty is for them making a mistake in making the device, producing a defective one. It's not for them to safeguard your possession of the device.
