- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in
- Power off and then back on your router

Whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you in. If you are using your computer's iTunes then does music show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (on your phone you might be able to redownload media via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app) ? If music shows there, but not that album, then check to see if it's hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you aren't in a country when you can redownload music and it's still on your phone then you should be able to copy it over from the phone via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.

Problem Fixed:
Remove the song from your itunes library, then go to the itunes store and try to download it again. It will say something like "this song has already been purchased, would you like to download it again for free?". Click yes, and it will download again. This worked for me, hope it helped

By 'purchased items' do you mean the Purchased link under Quick Links in the store ? If you do then do other songs that you've purchased appear there (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) ?

I purchased a song from Itunes, downloaded into my library and synced to my Ipod....Well when playing the song, it cuts off at the 3:20 mark, and the song itself is 4:07 long....I have tried everything, but I cannot get it to work...Can someone please help me? Does the track play all the way through in iTunes? If not, remove the song and redownload it via iTunes. It will cost you nothing.

I got a song from itunes but when I play it it says that I have to authorize on my computer and then it gives me a message that my computer is already authorized but won't play the song.

1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

nevermind guys, i figured out what to do. for anybody else with this issue, try going to "store" (in the top bar on itunes), then "view my account", and then it should tell you if you have any items availible for download. then you can download them there, and get the things you paid for. This was a really annoying issue though, because it made it look like itunes had stolen my money, and almost tricked me into wasting my money trying to re-purchase the songs. itunes should look in to this.

Purchased a song via iTunes but it always stops.

I recently purchased the North Texas Wind Symphony's album Genesis. (It actually has a typo and says that it is Nortth). All the songs except for the one that I want to listen to the most work fine. Aurora Awakes, the last one, always stops at 3:39 precisely, both on iTunes and on my new iPod Touch. Both are as up to date as possible with 10.6 on iTunes. I feel like maybe iTunes has corrupted the file or it didn't download to my computer correctly. Is there anyway to redownload it or just make it work in general?

Most likely the file was corrupted during the download. You can re-download it for free from the iTunes Store's Purchases section. You may have to delete the track from iTines first.
