i purchased a year of adobe cc today. The screen came up to tell me it was processing my payment, not to hit the "back" button or refresh the page as it could take a few minutes. That was 7 hours ago. I contacted the help chat department and was told it would take 24 hours to process. Is this normal?? Why would the screen tell me "a few minutes" if it's actually 24 hours? Has anyone else had this problem? I am so tempted to just refresh the page and try my luck with my credit card canceling a second payment should it happen. THAT might be faster.

I called Apple and the support team had the same issue.

Purchased a year of Adobe CC, account has no evidence that I purchased it.
I purchased a year of Adobe CC with the student discount and the charge appears to have gone through but I don't have access to it and my account has no evidence that I purchased it. I checked the support thing already and it doesn't appear to have anything to help with this.

Are you a developer? If so, post this question in the developer forum. If not, why are you using a beta version of ios 7? You need to restore your device as NEW in itunes and update the current software version.

Hello cor-el, thanks for your reply. I changed my settings for downloads to desktop and it has appeared on there. When I double click I am asked which program I want to open file. I click firefox and another box "opening install" says I have chosen to open the file which is an application and do I want to save it. This is the only real option so I press save file. I get a box saying this is an executable file which may contain viruses - do you want to run. I press ok and the final box showing C drive file name and desktop appears stating application not found.
This happens the same whenever I try to install.
To my untrained eye the application is not being recognised as an application and I cannot work out how to get it to do that.
My plugin is still showing as out of date.
Is there anything you could suggest. Thanks for your time. -

We have recently installed Service Pack 4 In SharePoint 2003 I,e SPS 2.0 , we ran the stsadm upgrade command from the Command Prompt , since 5 days the upgrading the sites windows showing and does it completes or not or is there some thing wrong ?.

We have applied in development box it was completed in 8 hours , but when we do the same in production it was never coming back since 5 days. Not sure what happening

Just tried installing an update to OSX Snow Leopard. Prior to trying to update OS, I was running V 10.6.3. During installation, it locked up. Although the screen tells me that the installation will be completed in less than one minute, that was two hours ago, and the computer won't permit me to shut it down via the power button, as I get an error sound. What do I do now? Help!
Hold the power key till it shuts down, it may take a little while, try holding it thru the warning.
Then if it shuts down restart and open Safari/Preferences, General tab, and set "Save Downloaded Files to:"
Select desktop, if desktop is not available in the the drop down menu, click other, then select Desktop from the column from the on the left.
Then download this:

This will download the "stand alone installer"
Click on the installer pkg and follow the prompts.

My iPhone 5S is screen stuck on the "It may take a few minutes to activate your iphone" screen. When I plug it into my computer, it is not recognized. When I plug it into the wall, it begins to charge the phone. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Problem solved! I had to go to the local Apple Store and they just restored it back to factory settings. Then just used my backup from iCloud to put it back just how it was. Thanks for your input!

Could have been... do you have a supervisor who keeps track of what is ordered and how it is purchased?
Do you have access to the Adobe ID that was used to install the software so you may check the account?

That means the person you are playing doesn't have the app on their phone!! And they can only play on the PC?
How about asking the person your playing if they have the app or not.
