I purchased Acrobat 7.0 Standard in 2006 and registered that subscription. That product ran on my older Mac PowerBook (OS 10.4.11). I am now upgrading to a new MacBook Pro (OS 10.10.2), from the OS 10.4.11 PowerBook, which is too old for Migration Assistant to transfer the Acrobat application to the MacBook, so I must manually migrate — drag and drop — which I am told will not enable transfer of applications, so I must re-download, and that of course must be something compatible with the new machine. Does my existing subscription entitle me to download an equivalent to the Acrobat 7.0 Standard on my new computer?

Hi Rob,
Acrobat 7 is most unlikely to run on Mac Yosemite 10.10.2. It has not been tested and is unsupported for this OS.
Recommend you to purchase the latest subscription for Acrobat 11 Pro

I'm using an iMac with the newest OS X Yosemite. I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud, removed all the programs. But I still get the 'old' 2014 version with the Lionhead, not the Sunglasses (october 2014) with interactive libraries. Like most online purchases you would normally receive the order number before the order is processed so you should be patient and allow some time for the processing to happen. If you feel you have waited long enough then you should contact Adobe Support directly and try to get information on your order since you now have a reference for it that you can share with them.

Install it just as you did before. You should have backed up the download to a CD or backup HD and have the S/N archived with the backup. If you did not backup (please do in the future), you can download from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html unless it was an upgrade (I don't think you can use these files for upgrades).

You'll need a sim card from the carrier your phone is locked to in order to activate it. If you don't know what carrier, you'll have to call AppleCare in the US to determine this info. Thus, there is most likely no way for you to get this phone officially unlocked.
