I purchased Acrobat Pro and cannot open the program. It says that my subscription has expired. What can I do.
You don't have a serial number with a subscription. You have to sign in instead. Once you are signed in, it will be able to check what subscriptions are active.

Assuming that you want help and that you aren't just copying-and-pasting that thread's title and posting a link to it, then have you tried the steps on the post that I linked to in my first reply on that thread ?
If you don't get the 'none' option when trying those instructions then you will need to enter credit card details before you will be able to use the account - when you've entered credit card details you should get the 'none' option and be able to remove your card details.

i would like to update my iphone 4 to the ios 6. i have 2.4 GB available and it says that in order to update my phone i need that much GB available. If i download this update is it going to use all of the remaining GBs that i have left? or will i still be left with 2.4 GBs?
From my experience, it doesn't. It will download the file, then will have to extract the file for installation, and after that, delete everything not needed anymore. That's what seemed to happened to me.

What is your Acrobat XI version? If less than 11.0.09 I would suggest that you update, then try again. Download updates from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Macintosh

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I downloaded the recent Pages update but now I can not open some documents done in the past year. I get an error saying that I need to download a newer version of Pages. I am running version 4.3. Do I have to purchase an update of Pages?
You are not on Mountain Lion anymore, right? You are on Mavericks and have downloaded Pages 5 and then created docuemnts in it which can't be opened in Pages 09.
No, you don't have to buy a newer Pages but you have to be particular about which version you use. -

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. Under purchased items in the APP Store, it say that the item you have requested is currently not available in the US store. The item in question is Mountain Lion OS X which I have already paid for. Any ideas to retrieve this?
When you submit a podcast you should get an email acknowledging the submission. If you subsequently submit it again you will get an error message saying that it's already been submitted.
It then has to be assessed by a real person, which can take some time - a couple of weeks seems to be common, but it can be longer: however since March seems an unreasonably long time.
When it's accepted (or rejected) you should get an email saying so, in the first case giving you a link to the Store page.
More than that I can't tell you: obviously I don't have access to the inner workings of the Store. You could try asking Support, but I have to say you probably won't get a helpful answer. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them. -

I am trying to import songs to my new macbook pro from my old computer using home sharing. Both computers say that home sharing is now on but neither show up in each other's library menu. I am logged on with the same apple id for both computers. and both are on a stable wireless connection
Logging into itunes store on each machine wth different Apple IDs is OK Autorising each others machines with the other Apple ID is OK. This is completley separate from Home Sharing
For Home Sharing to work you need to
File > Home Sharing > Create Home Share.
You need to select one of the two Apple IDs you are using and ENTER THIS ON BOTH MACHINES WHEN CREATING THE HOME SHARE.
Home sharing will then work -
