I purchased an 89.99 Acrobat pack but can't figure out how to edit PDF's which is the reason I made the purchase. How do I edit with this software?

I'm sorry for the confusion: Adobe PDF Pack allows you to create and combine PDF files, but not edit them. To do that, you need to use Acrobat. If you'd like, we can switch your PDF Pack subscription for an Acrobat Pro or Standard subscription.

Well, it could be that your carrier doesn't have a signal when it looses its signal. You could try resetting network settings which might help - Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings. You'll need to set up any wi-fi networks you connect too again. If you're still having issues, contact your carrier.

My purchased section is not recognizing an album I purchased on my iPhone 2 days ago. iTunes 11 issue? My phone shows the purchase but iTunes does not see it. I have gone to Store: Check for Available Downloads. Nothing. I would love to listen to this album on my iMac today, not my phone.
By purchased section do you mean the section for re-downloading via the iTunes store homepage, or the purchased section of your library ? I think that the purchased section of your library only shows purchases made on that computer, so it may necessarily show there, it may just be under Music if you've copied it over from your phone.
If you mean the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage then does any of your music purchases show there (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) ? If no music shows there then you should be able to copy it over from your phone to the music part of your library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases. If other music purchases show there then you are signed in with the same account as you purchased it with, it's still in the store, and it's not hidden (hiding and unhiding) ?
If you are in a country where music can be re-downloaded then you can turn on automatic downloads via the Store tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) so that new purchases on your phone automatically download on your Mac -

Hi cb-anc! Thank you for replying to my question. The Library application has disappeared,not the library folder. I went into the application a couple of days ago to trash some plist files and now the application has disappeared. I haven't upgraded to Lion but am still on now Leopard.

My brother just purchased an ipad4, 5 days ago and the very first day sim tray stuck. When i sent it to jaipur (rajasthan) service centre, they asked Rs 20,000 for repair and issuing new tray. This is the cost of new ipad mini, and they are giving me just one tray. It is also approx. half of the price of new ipad4. Even the new ipad is just 5 days old and should be repaired for free. If not free, is Rs 20,000 is fair?
Please tell me what should i do?

Apple at this time replaces the iPad for just about any problem, and charges a flat fee for doing so.
If this service center is one authorized by Apple, your brother can try calling Apple Support India at (91) 1800 4250 744 and discussing the situation with them. Ultimately, though, it is the technician's judgement as to what caused the problem, and Apple will usually take the word of the technician when it comes to determination of user-caused damage.

I'm not surprised. Most car outlets do not provide sufficient power for the iPad to charge, but will work fine with an iPhone. Mine does the same thing. -

My bank (ING) has cookies that retain my login. Without the login, I have to answer the challenge questions every time. I am not set for private browsing and I have accept cookies from third party sites and until they expire.
As a follow up, I've discovered that this is happening in IE on the same websites. When I log into a different computer and test the same scenarios, the cookies do not disappear. It seems to be a problem on my computer. However, if anyone knows how to fix this, I'd be glad to hear it.

Hey, There are afew things you can try.
- Simply turn your phone off and back on again
- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..
- Close all open applications
