I purchased an application, then updated my phone and it is wanting me to pay for it again. Any fix?
It was an in app purchase (Instafollow was free, but I paid for the full version via in-app)
Sounds like you are trying to download the paid version from the Store, instead of the FREE version.

Hi, I've purchased a few films from itunes (and they are listed as Purchased in my account), but I can't find them on my computer or my itunes account, and itunes wants me to pay for them again. How do I get around this? I've tried all the suggestions, and it's hugely frustrating.
If you are in the UK, and the film studio allows re-downloading, and you are signed in with the same account that you bought them with, then they might show under the Purchased link under Quinklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading - if they don't show then check to see if they are hidden (hiding and unhiding).
But you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup of your downloads and noy rely on being able to re-download any item as they are occasionally removed from the store by the content provider (film studio, tv company, record company etc). -
I rented a movie yesterday and charged it to my account,(I couldnt download it on my phone) now it is asking me to pay for it again?

I initially downloaded the application and was able to gain access to all of my photos through album, photostream, fb, etc. Now it will not pull any. After deleting the app and attempting to download it, it says I must pay for it (again) any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like a verification issue on whatever marketplace you bought PS Touch from. Did you try contacting Google or Apple to see what they say?

If you're using the same AppleID you originally used to buy these apps, it won't be charging you to re-download them.

I lost my iPhone and had to purchase another. I was able to download all my past music purchases but have not been able to download the tones I've bought because iTunes keeps trying to charge me for them again. How can I do that without repaying for them?
Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store. Have you not got copies of them on your computer's iTunes and/or on a backup that you could sync to the phone ? Since update my phone and my wifes both recieve calls intended for either phone
Since we updated to the latest iOS, when a call is sent to my phone or my wife's phone, they both ring and the call can be taken on either phone. The phones are on separate contracts with 3 and have different numbers. Can I revert back to only the phone being called ringing out and taking the call?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc. Use this to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup copy (not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases -
Ipurchased music and now I am unable to transfer it to mp3 player. I dont want to have torepurchase my music again. Does anyone have any suggestions

i preordered the weeknds new album , and it came out tonight. next to the songs , it just says "purchased" . it isn't downloading or anything , does this mean i have to pay for it again?
Does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for downloading ? Or on your computer's iTunes does it download via the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option so that you can sync it to your phone ?

it looks as though i have to download them all again because next to each song on both my phone and laptop there is a cloud with a red arrow.

You need to purchase a retail Leopard install disk or Snow Leopard upgrade disk(if your computer meets requirements for SL). Then update iTunes to 10.1 or greater. Check eBay or Amazon for retail Leopard Disks. You can also try calling AppleCare.
