I purchased an Ipad 3 in Oct 2012 then the new Ipad 4 came out. I heard there was an exchange program if you wanted to go to Ipad 4. Is that true???

If there ever was a program like that - it is over now. Some Apple stores were allowing iPads that had been purchased with the last 30 days to be returned for a refund - extending the usual 14 day return policy - but that has long passed.

Netflix does in fact have the old version of their app available.
In iTunes on your computer, download the App you want a compatible version for using the same Apple Id that the iPad has for the App Store. For Paid Apps its best to consult with the App maker to make sure there is a compatible App. With the App Downloaded to iTunes on a computer you can go into The App Store App on your iPad, Tap on Purchased, and Look for the App there. Tap on it to begin the download. It will likely say its not compatible, but if there is a compatible version it will offer to download it. Sorry, but you can't use that device; only the person who set the lock or Apple can remove it, and Apple will only do so for its original owner(assuming they're alive.)

All Updates to Snow Leopard are gotten from Software Update or from the Apple download site.
There is no Snow "LION". there is Lion and now Mountain Lion buit both of those are Download Only from the Mac App Store. You need to have Snow Leopard 10.6.6, .7 or .8 to have the Mac Apple store link on your Mac.
To get Lion you need to call the Apple Store, 1-800-MYAPPLE, and order it. They will send you a download code to your Apple ID Email address so you can download it from the Mac Appl Store.
Oh and when you call them to order Lion ask about returning Snow Leopard.

If You Are Locked Out Or Have Forgotten Your Passcode or Just Need to Restore Your Device
1. iTunes 10 for Mac- Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad

3. iOS- Understanding passcodes
     If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
     below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
     simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
     same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.

If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Hello, you present all applications, often useless toys or free appthat you bought to try but then once you have deleted? In Mac app store in the "Purchased" remain very pretty after a little practice ...you can not delete those that we really sure that will not be restoring your mac? because otherwise it becomes a long line ofuseless and idiotic and outdated app that does not use anymore.

go to the app store on ur ipod and look for battery led pro down load it and it will show what firmware the ipod is on and how long ur battery has 100%>50% and it will show how long the battery can do in games and audio etc.
