You can download the setup file again from this Link (Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X ) and Burn it to a DVD Disc using Windows Explorer.

Cristinayou don't have to purchase acrobat pro xi. you can, but you can also use it via adobe's creative cloud subscription service.
to use it via cc, uninstall your current trial.
then go here and log in with the same adobe id used to pay for your cc subscription and start your acrobat xi download, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions -

I have a DVD Acrobat Pro 9. I upgraded laptops and trying to install but the DVD is not readable. How can I get a new DVD or Download Acrobat Pro 1. The product is registered and I have the serial number. PS: Contacting Adobe on this issue is impossible... direct support stinks.
Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

I Just downloaded Acrobat Pro after trial and now I can't open any files, when I click on icon I get this message: the last time you opened Acrobat, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its window again? If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the window yourself. There are 2 options: Don't Reopen or Reopen Either choice leads to a window that pops upend says please wait while we launch Acrobat and then window just closes quickly.

You may goto control panel and then go to program and features.
Select the Acrobat pro and chose the option change from the top. Fallow the onscreen instruction a windows will pop up where you need to choose repair.

When you buy software to download it's VITAL to archive what you download, preferably to a CD/DVD. I write the serial number on the disk for completeness.
That said, you may be able to log on to My Adobe and see if they have a record of your purchase, and it's recent enough to still have a download. If it's the CURRENT version you can just download the demo. -

Unfortunately, Adobe has quit support of earlier version. They have a version of AA9 Pro for Windows posted, but not for the MAC as I understand it. You can try Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools, but again I can only find PC versions. Someone may drop by with a link or you might see if anyone locally has the CD (that you could get the install file from). You will still need to use your original S/N.

I bought macbook pro retina 15 inch 2 weeks ago and it came with installed mavericks of course but ı want to create a recovery disk and to do that ı need to download mavericks installer from app store but when i click to download mavericks from appstore purchased part ı get a message says " Your purchasing process couldnt complete. OS X Mavericks cant be installed to this computer." How can ı solve this problem!??
One way around tis is to borrow a Mac that can run Mavericks and then the download will work. You can use these instructions:

When trying to download Acrobat Pro XI Student I only get this " http error: 404/support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp " warning. This happens with Akamai and the altervative method too. I've paid it, is this because Adobe hasn't progressed my payment yet?

Whatever happened to the blue "progress" bar in the lower right corner in previous versions?
I found that bar to be very helpful to see if a site is working or how long it would take to appear in the browser window. Where did it go?
