I purchased cloud access and cannot get it all to load on my new computer

I purchased a premium cloud site for iTunes. I am told it can work on I think up to 3 or 5 machines. I tried to load it onto my new computer and all the items appear there but more than half are light grey and do not work. The list is there but not all the data. Many CDs are partially there and partially grey. What am I missing here. I have tried to up date it several times but no change.

I just downloaded both files. Here's how it went.
1. I clicked on "File 1 of 2"
2. Windows Explorer opened so I could pick a destination folder
3. I clicked "Save" and the download began
4. Then I did the same for "File 2 of 2"
This is what the files look like in Windows Explorer
The next step would be to double-click the exe file and proceed from there.

Do you have the Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 Kbps AAC option ticked from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes?
If so, disable it and then click the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to apply the changes to your device.

I have authorized a new computer, and itunes is not registering recent purchases. How do I get my entire library back on this new computer without having to re-buy them all?

But the library and playlists I had on the first computer are not showing up on this one, and when I log into the itunes store, it is not showing any of my recent purchases (like one I bought as soon as last night.)

Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

Cant get my iphone 5 to sync with my computer (new operating system). Am running XP through a virtual box. When I try to sync the phone it keeps asking for auto lock code, there is no box to type it into and I can find nothing on the phone itself to solve the problem.

I don’t think there are many “must have” features in PSE13 especially if you are doing most of your editing non-destructively in Lightroom and only going to the external editor occasionally.

How can I get my 'Transitions' to load in my new Premiere Elements 10?

I just got Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and cannot get the transitions to load. Everything else in the Edit tab works fine, but when I click on Transitions it just says it's loading ... forever ... or will crash the program & close. Is anyone else having this problem? Welcome to the forum.
It appears that you are most likely having a GUI display issue. Many/most of the Transition thumbnails are animated, so require some horsepower. Also, PrE relies heavily on the video card's/chip's driver.
I would update the video driver, to the very latest from the mfgr. Do not trust Windows, or any utilities to tell you if you have the latest. Check the mfgr's. Web site. Note: if you have a Dell, Lenovo, HP, Toshiba, or another major computer mfgr's machine, check out their Web site first, as many such mfgrs. will tweak the video drivers for their machines.

Like most online purchases you would normally receive the order number before the order is processed so you should be patient and allow some time for the processing to happen. If you feel you have waited long enough then you should contact Adobe Support directly and try to get information on your order since you now have a reference for it that you can share with them.

I need all my old music from my old Mac, which has been wiped clean by IT at my old job. BUT, I did have iCloud at that time and I thought all my music would be accessible through it. I don't understand the Cloud! And I'm thinking spending $24.99 on iTunes Match was a waste of money because I still can't access my old music.

When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.
